Chapter 5: Getting To Know Everyone

"Well, maybe we should order in and just hang out?" Liam asks. We all nod in agreement.

"FOOD!" Niall yells. I  burst out laughing. Harry looks at me.

"I'm gonna go......go...put Princess....in my room...changing..k bye!" I say and scoop up Princess and zoom out of the living room, up the stairs, and into my room. I close my door panting. I set Princess down on my bed and lay next to her.

"Ugh! I looked so stupid out there!" I decide to change into my pajamas. I throw on a blue cami and blue plaid pajama pants. I pick up some white slipper boots and throw them on and then put my hair in a messy bun. Classy, I know. But, if you didn't know, my dip dyed hair looks pretty awesome in a bun! I sit back on my bed. I look at Princess and then pick up my phone. I look through my Instagram real quick and then put up a picture on Princess with the caption "My wittle baby<3"

I get a text from Haley exactly 10 seconds later....

Haley<3: heyyy what up?

Me: nm just chillin

She doesn't respond. Hmm I think. Someoen knocks on my door.

"Come in!" I scream, thinking it was Harry. But it wasn't. It was Louis. Oh.

"Hey Alaina."

"Hey Louis." Right now, he didn't look like an immature pervert. He looked like a friend.

"The second I saw you, I could tell we'd be close friends." he tells.

"Really."

"Yep. You know, dogs are the best judge of character. When they like someone, they immeadiatly run to that person. True fact."

"Oh okay. That's....nice to know?"

"Yeah it is. You know, when I first met my GIRLFRIEND, she laughed at everything I said. Girls tend to do that about boys they like and wish to date."

"Oh. Guess I never thought of that."

"You might also want to think of how you look at someone. *cough* Niall *cough*" He looks at me funny.

"Yeah whatever that's supposed to mean."

"Dinner's downstairs." he says winking at me. Why does he keep doing that?! I'm so confused. I walk down and everyone is around the dining room table. They were all eating. The dining room looks like the same desing concept as the living room. You've really outdone yourself this time Haz. My eyes directly go to Niall. And he has a plate full of food. Aw, that's adorable. Jesus Alaina! All you think about is him and you met him 20 minutes ago! I grab a plate and got food. It was Chinese food. I LOVE Chinese food. I get some Sweet and Sour Chicken and Lo Mein. After we finish eating, we head back to the living room. Apparently, tonight was Liam's night to pick out a movie. He picked Toy Story. All the guys groaned. What's the big deal? Toy Story is the bomb! I faintly heard my phone go off upstairs. I run upstairs to grab it. It was a text from Haley.

Haley<3: where r u?

Me: at the exchange family's house in france

Haley<3: just hanging out...with ur dog?!?!

Me: Hal, they let me bring her

Haley<3- whatever alaina

I got downstairs. Harry and Louis were sharing the loveseat, Zayn and Liam were sitting on the floor in front of the TV, and Niall is sitting in a chair of Harry's. I stood there looking around, then plopped down on the floor. Harry looked at me.

"What?!" I say jumping up. He just keeps looking at me. And so does Louis. And Louis has his sassy face on. Zayn and Liam continue watching the previes, not a care in the world. Niall is sitting there, just as confused as me.

"You aren't sitting on the floor Alaina." Harry tells me sternly.

"Um why? Do you not want my butt in contact with your capret?" I ask confused.

"Because you are the only girl and we should treat you right. Now, Niall scoot over and share the seat with her." Niall scoots over and pats the seat next to him, smiling. How can I not smile back at his cuteness? So I did smile back. I look over at Louis smirking.

"You..I cannot even. This is all you and I know it." I say staring directly at him. I walk over to the chair and sit next to Niall.

"What can I say?" Lou says.

We enjoy the movie and close to the end, I fall asleep with my head on Niall's shoulder...
