Daily Routine II

Alpha was in his room. He was about to activate his sleep mode but then suddenly he got a message from one of the soldiers that they need support. So, not long after receiving it he went quietly to don't wake up his partners to the place where he was supposed to help. It was a small village in the north part of the around area. After the robot arrived he was quite suprised. There was no one here. The agent walked through a dark alley of the village,looking around But nothing. Emptiness. Although when he looked closer at one of the buildings he noticed that there was some dark black substance. He took some of it to scan it. Suddenly he heard something so he quickly activated his bazooka arm and looked around. But it appeared it wasn't anyone dangerous. Just a small girl. She had two long pig tails made with her hair and frecklesn n her face. She also had big red eyes. She was probably a Rabbit type of a mobian or at least that's what the robot thought. "M-mister robot! Y-you are n-not one of them r-right?" Asked the girl with a shaky tone,looking scared. Alpha scanned the girl then hid his bazooka. Even though he was designed to be a killer robot. He somehow had a soft heart. "One of them? What do you mean?" The robot asked. "I-I.. Behind you!!" The girl yelled and pointed behind Alpha As he turned around and saw two people covered probably in the dark substance from before. They had white eyes and sharp claws. The robot didn't hesitate and shoot at them with his bazooka which caused them to melt into the ground. Although he wasn't sure if it stopped them for sure So he looked at the ground. While he was doing that one of the "infected people" sneaked behind him and was about to attack but the little girl from before punched it with a pan she found nerbay. Alpha turned around and realized what the girl did. He kneeled down before her and asked. "what's your name?" "I.. I-I'm Peebles." She answered. "Thank you for helping me Peebles." The robot patted the girl's head gently. The girl smiled softly. Seemed like Alpha cheered her up. They spent some time talking. "so, Do you know what happened here?" He asked the girl. "I.. I'm not sure.. I was just passing by and then I've noticed a miss acting weird but when I asked if she's feeling alright.. She turned to me and she was c-covered all in this thing and her eyes was.. So empty.. I-I got scared and hid under one of the tables.. Not l-long after she started attacking others.. Or more like. She was just jumping on them which caused other people from h-here to get into this weird s-substance too.. I.. I wanted to help.. B-but.. I was too scared.. I.." Peebles answered,almost crying. "Don't worry about that. Its normal to be scared" Said alpha then looked around. "I think its not safe here. I'll take you to a safe place." He added. "Huh? S-safe place? Where?" The girl asked,sniffing quietly. "You will see." the robot answered and kneeled down so Peebles could hop on onto his arm. After she did it he flew away from the village and send a message to the agency about what happened. "What was that all about..? The weird substance.. It seems its some kind of an infection or virus. I have to inform Sal and Nicky about this quickly." He thought to himself while flying back to the base with Peebles on his arm.
