I woke up with an empty side next to me but a note my dresser
My queen I'm out fir a couple hours I'm training my 2nd in command I'll be home at 6 if anything call me

"She's stable we were able to get most of the shards out that aren't potential like threatening but she will be experiencing long term issues won't be able to do the things she was able to before she'll have to go the physical therapy to help her learn to walk with the pain"

"Sure follow me now she's still coming off of the anesthesia so she'll be a little out of it so give her some time to adjust coming off of it"

Walking up to her room pain hit me like a pile of rocks

She groaned in pain

"Attention ICU visitors it is now 11:30 and visiting hours are now over please leave quietly and promptly.."
She started to look around frantically breathing hard then her eyes shut tight she began crying and seizing

Was heard over the intercom jay grabbed me and pulled me out the way and sat in the waiting area for at least another hour

"My name is Alena I'll be Mrs.myers nurse for tonight She panicked and had a seizure so we had to intubate her a sleep like state she can hear you but won't speak back until her vitals are stable enough she'll stay that way to keep her from panicking like that again visiting hours are over only spouses of the patients can stay"

Walking back to her room she's hooked up with a tube down her throat cords everywhere I never in my life ever wanted to see her like this
