"Nicely Done Miss Hardy," Norman Osborn whispered as he dangled above the ground in a web that Felicia had planted. "Keep it up."
"I'd love to hit you for real," said Felicia under her breath. In her holographic disguise she still looked like Spiderman, standing on a web of her own, and she pretended to hit Osborn over and over again. Norman Osborn started to get what looked like bruises, and even started coughing up blood, making Felicia wonder what kind of illusions Quentin Beck had given Mr. Osborn. Felecia, after all, wasn't actually hurting him.
It was all a show.
"Spill it!" Felicia cried in Spiderman's voice. "I know you're the one responsible for the neogenic outbreak. Those psychos came from your lab didn't they!?"
"Miss Hardy," came Quentin Beck's voice over a microphone in her ear. "Better wrap this up. Spiderman is on his way, and on my signal, I want you to trade places with him. He's currently approaching from the doors to your left."
Felicia made a mental note of the area and continued her mock pounding of Norman Osborn while the crowd below them looked on in horror. Her only regret, at that moment, was this was the man who had dragged her back into crime in the first place.
And that she couldn't pound him for real.

Spiderman dodged, jumped, and flipped away from Fancy Dan's katana. He leaped away, but had catch himself with a line of webbing to keep from running into Montana's electric whip. As Spiderman pulled himself up, landing on the wall, he was forced to jump to another wall when something came flying towards him, smashing into the place Spiderman had been just a moment ago. Ox was grabbing pieces out of the walls and throwing them at Spiderman, who kept having to jump away.
"Three against one guys?!" Spiderman shouted. "You should be wearing chicken suits! It wouldn't be as cool as what you've got, but at least it'd be honest!"
Spiderman kept jumping from the walls to the roof and to the floor, dodging strikes from Fancy Dan's blade, Montana's whip, and Ox's throws. Finally Spiderman landed on the floor, crouched and ready to leap again, facing the three of them. It seemed everyone had decided to take a breather at the same time, and as Spiderman waited, he assessed his situation.
It wasn't good. The enforcers were tough when they were ordinary humans, but now they had new skills. Fancy Dan, still dressed as a samurai, was faster than before. Montana, still an orc in a cowboy hat, was waving that electric whip with the usual skill. After Spiderman's run in with electro, he wasn't too keen to get shocked again. Finally, there was Ox in a giant Minotaur suit, and he was about as tough as the Rhino.
Worse still, it was three against one. Peter wasn't liking those odds.
"So guys," said Spiderman. "Who are you really working for?"
"What makes you think we're working for anyone?" asked Montana.
"New gear," said Spiderman. "You've used cowboy gear in most of your other jobs and now suddenly you're dressed like this? I don't buy it. Who are you working for? And don't say it's a wizard. I'll just have a lot more material to quip you with."
"Ugh," said Dan. "I'm going to hate it when he finally meets the boss."
Peter immediately started thinking about wizard quips, figuring that their boss must be an interesting character.
Suddenly Montana got a message on a microphone hidden in his hear, and he charged forward. The other two enforcers were right behind him, and they repeated their earlier attack. Swinging the katana and the whip while Ox threw debris.
