Flare looked up at the sky.

The rain continued to fall and drops trickled down her face.

She liked the rain.

It was the only thing that made her feel special.

Because. She felt like, she had nobody.

Until the day an umbrella came over her head.

"What are you doing out in a weather like this?" Softly spoke the Blonde.

Flare turned to her.

The blonde blinked.

"Do you have a home?"

"No."

"...Friends?"

"No."

At this point the blonde beauty frowned.

"A family."

"I don't know, I have nobody."

Lucy sighed.

"That doesn't mean you can stay out here everyday."

Flare turned back to the sky. It was all pitch black at this point.

"I have no choice."

The blonde grabbed her hand, shocking the redhead, her heart skipping a beat.

"Now you have a choice. Come with me." She says pulling her across the street, this point their feet moving faster, they arrived under a building where they wouldn't get any more wet in the rain.

"And I like it, here." The blonde stood in the shade with Flare stating.

"Un..." The redhead pouts.

"C'mon. Don't be so gloomy." The blonde leaned closer examining her face, Flare didn't budge.

"I can't help it. I'm a nobody. Nobodies shouldn't be helped, which is why you should've kept walking and left me."

The blonde frowned then smiled.

"Ne ne. Look on the bright side. Now you have someone."

"The rain?"

"Jesus bruh no. Me. Lucy Heartfilia!" Her twitch became a smile, a bright one.

"Lucy...Heartfilia...eh." Flare stopped fidgeting with her fingers when she saw Lucy's hand reaching out to her.

"Starting from today, promise you won't stand in the rain again, little red."

Flare blushed and pouted her lips, hesitating to take Lucy's had, quickly she grabbed it roughly and didn't glance at her.
