Prologue
"Let me out!" I scream as they shut the door to my jail cell. I run up to it and shake it as loud as I can, but I know just as much as anybody in this prison that I'm not getting out of here anytime soon. As in ever.
My name is Shawn and I killed a man. Well, he use to be a man. He was a zombie when I killed him. He attacked my english teacher, as in almost ripped her throat out. His skin was a pale green colour, his eyes were black as night and he didn't even flinch when I first started attacking him.
So now I am stuck in jail for the rest of my life while my family and friends are getting mauled by zombies and my only hope out of here is by Justin, the security guard that I talk to. My only friend.
But I will find away to escape these cement walls, if it is the last thing I do. I refuse to let my family die. And I refuse to become one of the unknown.
