A dark shadow runs across the room. I look around terrified. Was this an abandoned warehouse? I mean it looked like it, but it didn't seem like one. Jayden, stop asking yourself stupid questions. You need to focus on what you came for, Luke. I slowly walk across the room. I take out my phone and try to turn on the flashlight. It wouldn't work. I press the power button and it shows a red battery. Great, dead. What the hell am I supposed to do now?
"Jayden!"
"Luke?"
"Jayden help! I'm up here."
I see a hint of light and I walk towards it. I look up and see Luke, dangling from a chair.
"Luke! Oh my god I'm coming!"
I carefully run up to him, but he was gone. I look around confused. I turn back around to wear he was and see a person in a mask. It looked like a man. He slowly walks up to me.
"W-who are you? What do you want?"
"You already know what I want."
I stare at this man. Why did he want Luke so bad? He comes up to me and stares at me. I stand there frozen. Jayden what the hell? Move! But I couldn't. The man keeps staring at me, waiting for me to make a move. I suddenly come back to life and I run for it. The man laughs and runs after me. I hide in a corner.
"Come out come out wherever you are! You can run, but you can't hide Jayden."
I see his shadow come by my area. His head suddenly shoots around and he sees me. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a knife. I sit there screaming.

"Jayden! Jayden wake up!"
I feel someone shaking me. I gasp and wake up. I quickly sit up and look around. It looked like my home, or at least I hope it was. I turn and see Luke. I sigh in relief. He was here safe and sound, with me.
"What happened?"
"I had this nightmare that you were captured by someone and we were at some warehouse and I kept seeing this person running around the place and I was frantically looking for you. I found you dangling in a chair-"
"My chair was legit just hanging there with me in it?"
I nod.
"Sweet!"
I stare at him with a shocked face.
"Not sweet! As soon as I ran up there to save you you were gone. I look around and when I look back at the area that you were hanging from a man suddenly appears. My dumb ass stood there frozen not doing anything. For some reason he wasn't either. And when I finally ran away he followed after me and I hid thinking he couldn't find me but then he did and he was walking up to me with a knife and-"
I lose my breath.
"Jayden, Jayden calm down. Breathe. I'm right here safe and sound! It's not like this will actually happen."
"I'm actually scared Luke."
"Don't be, it's gonna be alright."
He sits on the bed and leans over to kiss me.
"What do you want for breakfast."
I smirk.
"You already know."
He laughs.
"That's for another time love."
He winks and gets up.
