This story takes place after the first fight with Midoriya vs Bakugo,basically meaning during the period where class a1 votes for the class rep,in the original story izuku was the class rep but then gave the role to lida,but in this story midoriya holds the class rep role along with the vice rep yaoyorozu.
Also These are the quirks that nomu has during the usj attack
-Muscle Augmauntation
-Shock Inversion
-Super Regeneration
