Steve
Last night I told Tory about Jay Jay. I was surprised when she ran away. She usually wants to be near me all the time. I really like her, but Jay Jay jut died, so I'd come off as a jerk if I started dating one of her friends. Maybe I should wait awhile. In the meantime, I decide to visit Lizzy at her house, since her Best friend just died.I knock on her front door, and her older sister, Claire, opens the door. She is wearing a neon track suit and has her blonde hair in a high ponytail. "What do you want?" She says rudely. Her icy blue eyes give me a dirty look. "Um, is Lizzy home?" I ask. "Yea," She responds. "Lizzy, your boyfriend is here!" She yells sarcastically. "She's not my girl friend." I mutter blankly. Lizzy is wearing a blue tank top with black paint splatters all over it. "What do you want?" She asks barely looking me in the eye. her hair is falling carelessly to her shoulders."I just wanted to say hi, I know your going through a rough time, and I want you to know that in here for you. Her expression brightens. "Would you like to come in?" she asks. I nod and step into her house She takes me into a room filled with artwork. "When I'm stressed, I paint. I paint memories me and Jay Jay had." She says looking around the room. "There really good." I tell her. I see a painting of her and Jay Jay at the beach. As usual, Jay Jay has a bright smile. I see a actual photo on the wall of Lizzy and her go-karting. "When was this?" I ask pointing towards it. She smiles. "When Jay Jay turned 6. Her birthday party was at speed way." She says with a grin. I nod. I look over at Lizzy. she looks teary eyed. I give her a hug, then unexpectedly, kiss her.
