Tory
I feel good. Not only did I stand up to Steve, I finally got more popular. Suddenly I just went from 'school joke' to ' the girl who punched Steve.' Marissa, one of the most popular girls in school walked up to me during English. "Hey your Tory right?" She asked. "Um yea?"I reply. "Well, me and Sydney would want you to eat lunch with us tomorrow." She says motioning to her best friend Sydney. "Well sure, but can my friend Lizzy sit with us to?" She hesitates. "Sure. As long as she's cool." She says jokingly. She walks away. Her mint green dress flows with each step. She stops and says, "That was also really cool that you punched Steve." She says with a smile.

On my way to the last period, I see a sign up sheet for the soccer team. I read it,
Tryouts for Varsity soccer! Must have a recent physical with school nurse. Tryout date: December 12th.
I grab my pen and sign my name on the signup sheet. I scan the paper for any of my friends names. I see a girl from my math class, Julie, but I don't see anyone else. Until I see Lizzys name. That's pretty cool. "You coming to class? Marissa yells behind me. "Yea wait up" I yell. I go into the class and take my seat, and wait for the dragging lesson to begin.
