Lolly & Blondie

Blondie wasn't answering my calls or text messages. She didn't show up for another date we had planned. I was worried at first. I was worried something happened to her because she would never leave me waiting two hours for her to show up without a call. I had to at least have left fifty voicemails and unanswered text messages. I found myself walking around town looking for her, once I realized she wasn't home.

Hell, I was gonna call the police until I saw her at the mall with her friends, laughing together.

My dumbass was standing there with my phone to my ear while I had to have been wearing the dumbest look on my face. I was stunned, shocked that she would even do that to me. I felt this little stirring in my chest to where my heart lied and it ached. It fucking ached. Suddenly, that ache turned to rage. Unbridled anger balled into one. My features went from a sullen puppy to a wicked demon.

I couldn't think.

I could barely fucking breathe.

I tried to keep it at bay, but it had already bellowed out from inside of me. It peaked out onto the surface just a little, but it was enough. I was already stomping my way toward Blondie. Pushing, shoving, not giving a damn who was in my way. I only had one destination in mind. I didn't care if I caused a scene. I didn't. Blondie and I needed to have a chat. NOW.

Seeing the commotion from the people calling me out from shoving them-as if I gave a damn-one of Blondie's friends peeked her head up and spotted me. It was amusing the way her eyes widened and her body jerked with fear before hurriedly talking to Blondie. She made fast-moving gestures before turning to me once again. This time, Blondie turned her head to where I walked too. Unlike her friend, Blondie didn't seem to share the same fear. She seemed pissed off at me going by the narrow of her eyebrows and the way her lips poked out. I didn't understand why she was mad at me, but I brushed it off. I continued walking to her as we stared at each other and held eyes.

By now I was directly in front of her and without stopping, I grabbed her wrist and dragged her with me towards the bathroom. Leaving her friends to gawk and try to protest but a look their way made them shut it. Blondie was struggling the entire way and not once did I let her go. We reached the bathroom, but there were people still lingering at the sink. No problem, I'll just kindly tell them to leave.

"Get the hell out!" My voice barked and they scattered away like ants. I dragged Blondie over to the wall beside the sink and let go of her. I slammed my hands against it harshly, trapping her as both of my arms lay beside her like a cage. My body blocking the way to get out. I leaned over her with anger that usually made people cower. "Are you fucking kidding me? I've been calling, texting, and looking around for you for hours. I thought you were missing and now I see you with your little friends? What the fuck is up with you?"

"What's up with me?" She questioned and her voice rose in anger. She pushed at my chest, but I didn't move an inch. "You lied to me!"

"What are you talking about?" I asked, but she looked away and kept quiet. I slammed my fists against the wall, my voice getting louder. "What are talking about, Blondie?!" Instead of flinching, she narrowed her eyes on me and crossed her arms. "You better answer me. I swear to-"

"You slept with them behind my back. You slept with them, Lolly," I saw her eyes water, but she began to blink faster as if to get rid of them.

The fuck?
