Xavier never gave up, and a girl name Tiana, tagged in. She tried to convince me that Jacob didn't really love me. She promised that she talked to him, and I was starting to believe her.
Anytime Jacob would come across to me, trying to smile, wink, or even say "I love you...only you", I would nearly cry, unsure of who was being honest. He'd nearly cry, swearing up and down that he loves only me. He ended up going on pass(home for a few hours) while we went to the GYM. Xavier apologized for seeming weird, apologizing for Jacob being the way that he was when I said that I didn't know if he really loved me. Xavier promised me that he'd care for me if I gave him a chance, but he still didn't realize that you can't instantly stop loving someone if you really loved them.
Later, we went back to the unit, and there he was, crying out in loss and uncertainty. I realized that Xavier and Tiana had lied to me again. He did love me. I felt so bad for avoiding him, especially since he came back from his pass early- for me! I broke down in tears, venting to a staff in concern of why the world is such a cruel place. He sniffled and wiped his tears away, and became concerned for me. He dropped his own tears to make sure I was ok.
He really did care, despite what everyone else was saying.
