Chapter 25: Apologizing

Y/N POV

Its been a few days since that incident and it all consists of Sana subtly avoiding me. She talks when I approach her but she doesn't approach me to talk like before

As of now im here at HQ with Nick checking our cameras. Talking about Nick, he seems familiar like very familiar when i had a dream of the past. There was a feeling of deja vu when he and met through training

While I and my team was trained by father my whole life, Nick just appeared out of nowhere and joined us through father saying

"He's a new addition to your team"

While me and my teammates was puzzled and confused we just let it passed as It was father's orders

But I can't just help of this feeling deep in my gut. That there is something very wrong or something bad might happen

"Hey Y/N?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Nick

"You okay?" He asked and i just nod. Not feeling like i could talk to him about it as i am a bit suspicious

His expression changed to a worried one and leaned on the table while i sat on the chair

"You know, you can trust me right?" Im not so sure about that right now so i lied

But you don't have to force it out if you don't want to, he added

"Nah its just Sana unnie is avoiding me?" He only hummed as a reply

"Did you two fight or something?"

"That's the problem, we didn't even fought or have an argument" i shrugged my shoulders and sighed deeply

"Ahh So thats why you were a bit gloomy" he chuckled finding it amusing that I didn't handle my problem

This is not like you though, he raised a brow

"Just try to talk to her and sort it out ok?" He patted my shoulder and continued on checking the supplies

He might've noticed my expression as he chuckled once again

He ruffled my hair and whispered

"I'll cover for you, its better to apologize now than later" and with that i left not hearing what he later said

"You are still beautifully stunning even to this day Y/N"
