As we grow, we all wish to be free and independent from our parents. Let us think the same way as a nation toward our mother country.
Should we not want independence from Great Britain? Should we not wish to go off on our own? Every parent must release their child. Should it be no different for Great Britain?
I urge that Great Britain let us go, but such would not happen. So, as any rebellious child would, we shall take things on our own. Be lit by the fire for freedom! Be driven by the spirit of independence! Let your heart achieve the independence it thirsts for! Your soul is empty of spirit, my friend, for you stand at the sidelines!
Friend, family, foe—make haste to become passionate for the frenzy of freedom! May the allure of independence take you along! By war's end, when independence is won, rejoice!
For independence will weave among the streets and buoy the people's hearts. Will you be among them? I pray, dear friend, that you will be. For a glorious day it shall be!
