Rina swallowed.

"Y-Yeah...uh...nice to meet you too,"Rina agreed. Blood hummed at her, his eyes tracing over her. Quite different from the other Outsiders I've met. I can already tell just by looking at her. He moved, resting his hand on his chin, gazing at her quietly. Rina stiffened under his gaze. Why's he staring at me so intently? "Um...thank you for allowing me to stay in your mansion. I'm sorry if it was a bother or anything, I plan on leaving soon..." Blood rose an eyebrow at her.

"It wasn't a bother, whoever said that?"Blood asked. He hummed at her. Interesting. He rose up and smiled at her, his hands returning to his papers. "So you plan on leaving, correct? Would you like me to grant you a gun beforehand?" Rina jolted.

"Yes, actually, if it isn't too much trouble,"Rina told him. She smiled. "Back in my world I was trained in handling them, and even owned one myself, so you needn't worry about me...say, blowing my own head off on accident." Blood blinked at her. Different indeed. Rina smiled at him. "Are there different types of guns in this world? There I owned a Glock 37, but I've also shot a Kimber Custom. Do you have those types in this world?" Both of the men in the room were giving her wide-eyed looks. Rina blinked, looking between them. "What?"

"You...really know your guns, don't you?"Elliot asked. Rina beamed at him.

"Well, my dad always said you have to know your weapons before you own your weapons,"Rina replied to him. She stuffed her hands in her pockets, shrugging. "I grew up in a house with guns, he owned a lot of them. I've shot them too, I was just better with the smaller ones and the more handheld, rather than let's say...an AK47 or a Rifle. Double Barrel Shotguns are hard to handle too, too much kickback for me. I had to get used to my Glock and--"Laughter suddenly rang out. Rina blinked, spotting Blood and Elliot both laughing. Rina paused, looking between them. She blinked at them in confusion. After a moment, Blood noticed her confused gaze and he cleared his throat, his grin remaining on his face.

"My apologies for laughing...however...Elliot and myself aren't used to women knowing much about firearms. You would be the first Outsider we've met that actually knows a thing or two about weapons, much less the actual names for them,"Blood told her. He leaned back in his chair. "However, knowing it is different than knowing how to shoot it. Let's make a deal....I'll allow you to take a gun of your choosing, if you can prove to me you can hit a target multiple times." Rina blinked at him. She cocked an eyebrow at him. He hummed. "I think it's fair."

"Well, I'm not going to deny you the right to witness me shoot it, but you know...judging me based off of others you've met that are from my world and by the stereotypes of other women is kind of...rude,"Rina told him. Blood stared at her quietly. Rina shrugged and moved, pulling her hands out of her pockets. "Yeah, I'll show you that I can shoot them. I just need something for protection, if that means I've got to do a little target practice to prove my worth so to speak, then alright." Blood hummed. He moved and rose from his desk. Rina watched as he picked up his hat and a walking stick from beside the desk.

"I've already set everything up. Come with me."

When they were outside, Rina stood staring at a row of human shaped targets, each with multiple circles on them. Beside her was a table with guns. Blood and Elliot, along with the two gatekeepers Dee and Dum, stood watching her. Rina turned, giving Elliot an unsure look. He gave her a thumbs up with his normal goofy grin. Rina sighed.

"Feel free to pick any gun you wish to shoot and go at it,"Blood told her, gesturing with his fingers from his hand that held the walking stick. He wiggled them. "Please make sure to shoot all of the weapons, though. I must assess which you work best with." Rina hummed and turned back. She moved gently picking up the smallest pistol in her hand. Silence rang out from the group of role-holders behind herself. Rina sighed and closed her eyes. Just pretend they aren't there. Rina slowly rose the gun, surprising Elliot and Blood. She's actually going through with it, Elliot thought.
