appartment

you and colby decided instead of going back and fourth to each others houses every day, that you should both get an appartment together.
after a day of hauling furniture, clothes, and dishes, you both were completely settled in.
the apartment had a big window, the stars were shining tonight accompanied by the full moon lighting up the apparent.
you turned on the song , "before i close my eyes" by x.
you sat on the couch and looked at the stars out in space.
the music was calming, and your brain was filled with happy thoughts.
you felt a tap on your shoulder.
you turned around to see, colby.
you both smiled at each other.
"shall we?", he held out his hand.
you accepted and he helped you off of the couch, and bringing you into his arms.
he had both of his hands on your waist, and your arms draped over his broad shoulders.
your foreheads touching, you both swayed to the sweet sound of the music playing faintly in the back.
embracing every moment.
gazing into each others eyes as if nothing else mattered in this world.
"im in love with you.", he said with a slight laugh after.
before you could say anything he went on again.
"there it is. im so in love with you.", he looked into your eyes even deeper.
"sorry.", he said sarcastically shrugging his shoulders cracking a smirk.
