Broken promise

Elom POV
Elom: "what the fuck is wrong with you bro?"
Maggie was still holding my arm but tighter trying to hold me back from messing this kid up. I slowly walked up closer to him. I took a big breath in n out n said.
Elom: "only like five minutes ago you apologised for being a dirty ass hoe, but here you are doing it all over again. All those other times you've stabbed me in the back I didn't rlly care but now that you tried it on my actual girlfriend is messed up, I am so stupid for letting you back in my life every time u mess up, so I'm giving you 10 seconds to grab ur shit n leave, I want you to leave this house, leave this block, leave L.A. If I found out ur still here. You don't want to know what I will door you."
Cameron: "look bro I-"
Elom: "LEAVE CAMERON!!!"
I screamed while my voice cracked a bit.
Cameron rolled his eyes n walked past me bumping my shoulder. Usually I would have swung at him but I was too mad right now.
As soon as I heard the door open then shut I ran up to y/n.
Y/n POV
Why would he leave me alone? He told me he wouldn't let me out of his sight n what does he do? Exactly that. He comes running up to me.
Elom: "baby I'm so sorry. Did he hurt you? Did he touch you? What did he say? I'm sorry I wasn't there, I'm rlly sorry ma"
I didn't say anything. I wasn't looking at him at this point, The back of my head was facing him while I was hugging Edwin
Elom: "please say sumn babygirl"
I turned my head to face Elom n I looked at him dead in the eye.
Y/n: "you broke ur promise"
Elom: "what?"
Y/n: "you promised me you wouldn't let me outta your sight, you promised me you would protect me, what happened?"
Elom: "I'm sorry"
Y/n: "I've heard that before"
Elom: "please forgive me babygirl"
Y/n: "you lost the privilege to call me that"
I was so done of getting hurt. I just wanted to leave n be alone without anyone following me.
I walked past Elom n went out the door. I closed the door n just ran. I don't know where but I don't care, I just wanna be alone.
Elom POV
Y/n just stormed out of the house, I rlly hurt her, I screwed her over big time.
I was abt to go after her but Ethan grabbed my shoulder.
Ethan: "she's done this before, she just needs time, we'll go find her later"
I settled down but I was rlly worried abt y/n, we all sat on the couch n watched a movie for a while, I rlly hope y/n comes back.
It's been abt an hour n the movie is almost finished. I whispered to Edwin who was sitting on the floor right by my legs.
Elom: "yo I'm rlly worried abt y/n"
Edwin: "same do you wanna go find her?"
Elom: "yes please"
We told everyone where Ed n I were going n they all just nodded n saying things like 'good luck' or 'don't screw it up' or shit like that.
Ed n I got in the car n just drove around the block, we tried checking the park but she wasn't there, tried her house but not there, tried Tiah's house, not there, I honestly don't know where else she could be.
Edwin: "there's one place that means a lot to her that we didn't check"
Elom: "where?"
Edwin: "the place where we all met, the place where you two had ur first kiss, the beach"
Elom: "holy shit ur right, thank you, let's go!!"
Edwin: "alright, fine, Jesus ur needy"
I rolled my eyes n just waited.
We reached the beach n was just driving along side of it until we reached the spot where we met, we reached that spot when I saw her, the love of my life just sitting there. She was sitting on the sand in the exact spot where our cooler was, the one she was sitting on when she got in that fight. I thanked Edwin n got out of the car, he drove off n said he was finna find a parking spot to wait for us. I slowly walked up to y/n trying not to make any noise. I quietly sat down next to her, I look at her n she's just starting at the ocean. I look at my hands n start to play with my fingers until she broke the silence.
Y/n: "why'd you say it?"
Elom: "say what?"
She chuckled slightly n turned her head to face me.
Y/n: "why'd you make a promise to me if ur just going to break it?"
Elom: "ion know, I'm sorry y/n"
Y/n: "enough with the 'sorry', it's bullshit"
Elom: "I mean it"
Y/n: "you've said sorry so many times but make the same mistake every time I give you a chance"
I didn't know what to say, it's true, I continued to play with my fingers n look at the ocean.
Y/n: "Elom I think it's best if we stay friends"
