Chapter 68: Happiness

It's been a month since they start touring to promote their new album "A Night At The Opera". It's been a very hectic schedule for the band. Rehearsals, concert, tour to another place, doing the same routine and a nonstop party after the gig and a two days off and touring to another place and so on and so on.

They intercept different people and different groups. All of them (the band) have different groups. Roger's group are always consist of different personalities especially woman. He was sometimes surprised when a celebrity woman wants to see him and even wants to be alone with him on his private place. He do not want to decline them all, for he really wants to entertain them. Because of his effortless looks and charisma, he can took advantage in some situations. Example, when a lovely irresistible woman, is on his way and he wants it, he do not know why, but something magical happens, without doing anything, he ended up the next morning he already got this woman in his bed.

After the gigs were overnight scenes, dinner and wine, Saturday girls... All of these were just temporary happiness. Sometimes, he think is this the real happiness he seek for?...partying all night through the music and lights...? Yes he is happy, together with the band, he is happy because this is the start of the moment they all waited for... but after that is he really happy? Does he really know what happiness means?He do not know why, but he suddenly remembered Jilliane, the girl who suddenly came into his world out of no where... The girl with many views in life, the girl he used to call "chicken" or "bird brain", the girl that sometimes make him feel so crazy! The girl who is his total opposite.

He compared the happiness that he constantly experience right now, with the short happiness he had with Jilliane a few months now. And he acknowledge this two happiness are different from one another. He was in this deep thought holding a book when Freddie snapped him on his face. Brian and Deaky just giggled.

"My! Blondie! Are you still day dreaming?!" He said to him.

"Fuck Freddie! Leave me alone!" He said. But Freddie seem to not hear what he said.

"Hey! What's this?" Freddie took the book on his hand and he read it. "The Story of 1,001 ... Arabian Nights!" Then Freddie laughed. "Roger at your age you still reading bedtime stories like this?!" He asked.

"Freddie, it's just on the way to this tour, i took this book as my past time!" He said annoyingly and took it on Freddie's hand. "Jilliane lead me to read this book..."

"So....! She recommend that book to you?! How?!" Freddie said.

"I already told you about it! She read me that book when my grand mum came to our home and she was forced to sleep on my room!" He said.

"And now you want to remember that moment by reading that book?!" Freddie teased him.

"What the fuck are you talking about Freddie?!" He asked.

"You know what i mean blondie! You are missing her!!!!" Freddie said to him while pointing him.

He didn't said anything, he just only shook his head.

"By the way, how was she?" Brian asked. "She called you last time right?"

"Yeah...but i was the one who called her, she was in King's Lynn at my grand mum's house..." He replied. "She has a cold... I told her to take medicine before it get worst"

"You're worried to her?" Deaky asked.

Roger looked at Deaky and long before he answered. "Well.. i gonna say yes... "

"Why won't you try to call her now?" Freddie asked.

"She called me two days ago... She was now at Compton at my mum's house...at step dad Trevor's house. She accompanied my grand mum to stay there for good...." He replied.

"So it means she is ok... And having a good time getting to know your family! It's good for her!" Freddie said.

"Yeah you're right..." Roger said to them.

Roger once again plunge into deep thought. He thinks of Jilliane, and he thought again of happiness he experienced with her. For him, it is a genuine happiness, and maybe the happiness he is looking for but still he wasn't sure.

After spending a day at Compton, Jilliane decides to return to their house in Godalming,Surrey. The taxi stopped on their house. She entered the garden all the way to the main house. She unlocked the door and she entered the house and looked at her surrounding.

"At last! I'm home!" She exclaimed and breathe.

She looked at the wedding portrait and approached it. She smiled and approached her working desk. She sat and looked on her ring.

"I miss you..." She said to herself. Then suddenly the phone rang and she answered it.

"Hello?!"

After that call she immediately rushed into hospital. The call was from Jerry, she heard from him that Liezel is going to give birth anytime now. As she arrived, she saw Jerry feeling so nervous.

"Jilliane...Jilliane...Lizzy is..."

"I know...Jerry... Do not worry! Stay calm... Lizzy can do it!" She said to him

"I'm feeling so nervous. Jilliane i do not know what to do..." He said to her.

"Stay calm Jerry...everything will be alright!... Just think that any moment from now... You will see your baby!" She said.

"Yeah...you're right" he exclaimed.

After 6 hours of labour, Liezel finally gave birth to her first child. It is a girl and they named it Andy. And after an hour, they were allowed to visit Liezel and her child. As they entered the room, she saw her holding her baby.

"Hi!" She said to Liezel.

"Hello..." Liezel smiled.

"How's the new mother?" She asked.

"Happy! Really really happy!...Look at my child!" Liezel said.

" She is so beautiful!... She got most of all your features!" She said to her.

"Yeah...you're right! I tell you Jilliane... This is Happiness!" Liezel said.

"Hi Andy!!! I am your Auntie Jilliane! And here is your father!... Jerry come! Hold your daughter!" She said to Jerry.

"Is it ok? I don't know how to hold her!" Jerry said.

"Don't worry... Hold her in your arms" she said to Jerry.

Jerry hold his first born in his arms and tears suddenly went through his eyes.

"This is...Joy! Our complete happiness!" Jerry exclaimed while holding the baby then he kissed it.

Jilliane happily looking at the new family. She is very happy for her friend, now that Liezel has a baby. She do not know why, but she imagined herself and Roger having a baby. And even thought what will be their child like? But after that, she went back into reality, that it is Impossible. She became a bit sad but she hide it from Jerry and Liezel. And thought that...If only she and Roger will be at the end... It will become a complete HAPPINESS.
