3rd Person POV

"Hey Pepps, c'mon!" Natasha called out her friend. "Let's go eat somewhere since our vacation's gonna end soon."

"It's not a vacation, it's a business trip. How many times do I have to tell you that?" Pepper giggled.

"Well, my point is..I'M HUNGRYYY!" Natasha hugged her from the back.

Pepper giggled, "Ok, ok. Where do you want to eat this time?"

"Hmm..Wanna eat some ramen?"

"Ramen? Seriously? Again?" Pepper raised a brow.

"Well, I like ramen, you can't judge me." the red head shrugged.

"What about Chicken Teriyaki?"

"You go order that, while I'll go order me some ramen." Natasha replied.

"Whatever, let's just go." Pepper rolled her eyes as she stands up from her seat.

The two girls went home first and decided to change their clothes as it was all damped because of work and other stuff.

Natasha jumped at the sofa, feeling more comfortable now, "You go in to take a shower first." She took out her phone and checks it.

"Whatever you say, sis." Pepper puts down her bag on the table and walks in on the bathroom.

"Oh wait!" Natasha suddenly said.

"What?"

"Today is the firework's festival! Look!" She turned her phone to Pepper.

"Really? But I'm pretty sure that's not what they call it here-"

"Who cares! I wanna wear a yukata!" Natasha sparkled. "Don't you wanna wear one too? I bet you'll look really beautiful!"

Pepper blushed a little, "Me? Beautiful with a yukata?"

"Yeah!" Natasha grinned. "Oh, wait.."

Shit. What the hell did I just said again?

Her grin slowly turned into a blush in front of Pepper, "I-I mean, w-what I mean is..-"

Pepper giggled, "Well, it's ok. I bet you'll look cute in a yukata."

Natasha blushed even more, "Ok, you know what? J-Just go take a bath." She pushed the blonde inside the bathroom and immediately closed the door. She looked so embarrassed now, which she didn't expect that would happen.

After some time, they both finally get to wear their yukatas. Pepper's yukata was like a carnation pink with flowers as a design. While Natasha's have a beautiful purple yukata. The girls looked at the mirror for some time, admiring by how they look.

"Yours look really pretty." Natasha pointed out at her 'friend'.

"Oh stop it you." Pepper giggled a little. "Anyways, I'm really excited, this is like my first time."

"Yeah, me too." The red head smiled.

"Why are there so many people in here?" Natasha asked Pepper while she holds onto her arms, for them not to get lost.

"It's a festival, dummy." Pepper chuckled a bit.

"After the fireworks, promise me we'll go to eat ramen."

Pepper rolled her eyes playfully, "Yeah, fine."

Natasha grinned at her, "By the way, while waiting for the fireworks to start, we can play games here, right?"

"Of course." Pepper smiled, "This place is like a carnival."

"Ok? So you don't mind me catching a fish for you?" The spy agent smiled.

"Catching a what now?" Pepper asked confused.

Natasha suddenly pulled her and ran towards the small shack, where you can see few people and kids trying to catch a fish using a small net.

"What is this?" Pepper asked.

"Don't worry, I'll pay this time. But you'll pay for the food later." Natasha winked at her.

"You are so childish." The blonde slapped her in the arm playfully.

Natasha grinned, "Excuse me sir, can I have try?" She payed 3 cents for 3 turns.

The red head was given a small net as a rod, she tried to focus now, reading how the fishes move. She suddenly moved her hand as fast as she can and caught 9 fishes in 3 turns. The vendor and the few crowd watching her was really amazed, also Pepper.

"I'll take those fishes please." Natasha winked and won the prizes.

The two girls had fun playing different games after that. They won a lot of prizes, which usually Natasha had those victories. They both suddenly heard the fireworks were starting, and a large crowd was also on their way in watching the fireworks.

"Pepps, hold my hand." Natasha said, "We might get lost on our way to see the fireworks."

"O-Okay." Pepper did as she was told, she was hiding a blush.

"Let's go!" Natasha grinned and hold back her hand tightly so she won't lose her. They both ran towards the large crowd just to see the beautiful fireworks.

They finally both arrived at their destination, Natasha turned around and looked back at her girl. But she saw a different person now holding her hand.

The red head gasped and quickly removed her hand, the person has a slick black hair, it was taller than hers too, it was also wearing a green yukata. The person was facing back at Natasha.

"U-Um, excuse me ma'am but are you lost?" Natasha asked.

"Did you just called me WOMAN?" Loki slowly turned around at her.

"Loki!" Natasha quickly backed away. "What are you doing here? Where is Pepper!?"

"I don't know." Loki shrugged, "But I'm just here to tell you a warning." He smirked.

Natasha glared at him, "What do you mean?"

"What I mean is, you should go home soon." Loki responded.

"Go home soon..?" The spy agent thinks for a while. "Bu-" She looks at Loki but he was already gone.

"Nat? Natasha? Where are you!?" A sudden voice was heard, looking for the red head.

"Pepper!" Natasha snapped back to reality and saw the blonde. She ran to her and hugged her, "Where were you!?"

"Woah, woah, easy." Pepper chuckled and hugged her back, "I just got lost a little, but at least I found you."

"Oh thank god, you're still alive." The red head didn't stop hugging her 'friend'.

"What do you mean? Of course I'm alive."

Natasha didn't respond.

"By the way, we just missed the fireworks." Pepper told her.

"I know..I'm so sorry."

"It's fine. Ramen?"

"Yeah, ramen."
