My boyfriend picked me up from my dorm this morning - it feels so good to finally be able to call him that. The snow's all melted away, leaving red and gold leaves everywhere, and nippy air in it's wake. Ashton blasts music as we ride to our lecture, his hand on the stick, my hand over his.
Cliché. But you have to admit, it's pretty cute.
I didn't even bother protesting when he took my books, and slung his arm over my shoulder, guiding me through the crowded halls of the school. People stared as if they knew we were actually a couple now, and not just some kids fooling around anymore. It made me feel small and awkward.
Class was the usual, so was work. Ashton insisted on doing his homework at the Starbucks inside Barnes & Noble again. Michael grilled me about him, so I finally gave in and told him he was my boyfriend.
You should have seen his face.
I think he was shocked I could even get a boyfriend.
Michael lets me off early, so Ashton and I went to a cafe near my place for dinner. Sandwiches and soup hit the spot after a long day of work.
Ashton walked me to my dorm, and we kissed against the door for a long time, until Julie opened it and he fell on top of me.
It was awkward.
He left in a hurry. I have a lump on the back of my head now, and Julie won't shut up about the whole ordeal. I left to sit on my fire escape, and I told Gandalf about it. He looks pretty apologetic, even though it's not his fault.
