First person POV: Skylar Parker

"Skylar!" Aunt May yelled my name from the kitchen.

     "What?" I yelled back.

"It's time for you to go downstairs!"

I glanced at the clock. "Oh shoot!" I whispered to myself. I was going to be late for my training session with Natasha. I threw my training attire on and bolted out of my bedroom.

I was almost to the elevator when Peter jumped in front of me. "Going somewhere?" he asked with a smirk.

"No. I'm just running for fun," I answered sarcastically, trying to get past him. He blocked my way again and I said, "For a twenty-two year old, you are really immature!"

He put a hand over his heart, "Ouch, sis."

I smiled sweetly, "Truth hurts bro." Then I ducked under his arm and onto the elevator. I waved to him with a smirk while the doors closed. I hoped I wouldn't run into anyone else; I lived with a whole bunch of weirdos that love to hold you up if you're late.

I live with all these nut jobs because they came with the apartment. The apartment also known as, Avengers Tower. I live there with my brother, our Aunt May, and her new-ish husband Happy Hogan. We live a few floors above Tony Stark, his wife Pepper, my best friend Logan, and his five year old sister, Morgan.

Natasha Romanoff and her husband Clint Barton live a floor below us. Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes, and Sam Wilson live on the 41st floor. Vision, Wanda Maximoff, and their son, Jacks, live on floor 45. Pietro Maximoff lives on floor 46, also known as the hospital floor. James Rhodes lives a floor below the Starks. And Maria Hill and Nick Fury are never far away from the tower. So nearly twenty crazy people.

We moved here after the IW (Infinity War) five years ago. That was when Thor killed Thanos in Wakanda. After that he said there was something he needed to do and nobody had seen him or Bruce Banner since. Thanos was the worst threat this world had ever seen, yet with everyone's help he was defeated.

After what felt like forever, I ran out of the elevator and on the training floor to find Natasha tapping her foot.

     "Sorry," I panted.

     "Begin," she instructed.

     We began.

"Nat! I'm sore," I complained four hours later.

"The bad guys won't care if you're sore," Natasha quipped, kicking my legs out from under me. She could be quite intense. But she worked hard to make sure I could defend myself so I was grateful. She'd started training me four years ago when I was thirteen.

"I have a question," I said, blocking one of her punches. I had been pondering this question for a few days now.

She stopped attacking me and grabbed her water bottle. "Fine."

"Well, I was thinking about the Infinity War and the Sokovia Accords. Why did it take so long to sort everything out? I know those things take time, but it took years."

Natasha sighed, "Well there were a lot of people that needed to agree on signing the new Accords. Part of why it took so long was Thor and Banner's fault."

     "How? They weren't here."

"Exactly; they weren't here. We needed them."

"But you didn't need them the first time, did you?"
