Chapter 1

*7th grade*

{Lauren pov}

First day of school, means new school, new friends, new everything. i'm not new to north carolina, i came here when i was in 6th grade but went to a different middle school which was South Asheboro Middle school. i got bullied because my secret got out. the biggest secret i was scared of got out one way or another. it was that i had a penis well i have. the good thing was that i got to this dreadful place at the end of the year so i didn't have to put up with it for long. “Lauren” i hear my mom yell “i'm up” i scream back. i hear her walk away so i get up and head to the bathroom. i brush my teeth and get dressed, i put on some black jeans and my red and black adidas then go and look for a shirt. yep thats right i can walk around shirtless because i have no breasts so no need to put in any bras or anything. i grab a undershirt and then pull on my red t-shirt. i grab my bag and head downstairs; i walk to the kitchen and grab the cereal box, a bowl, a spoon, and the milk. “lauren you're going drop something be more careful!” says my mom, i see her go back up to check on my sisters. My mother is a single mom and has 3 kids all girls. Laura 10, Rebeca 2 And Lauren 13 (which is me), my father ran out on us who knows where he went. my mom got pregnant at 15 or 16 not really sure but she had me really young. i'm sitting in the kitchen eating my cereal and then hear my mom making her way to the kitchen. “lauren here take rebeca for a minute” she says and hands me the little munchkin, i grab some of my cereal and feed her a little. she eats it but some of the milf falls out of her mouth. “where's laura?” i ask “she's upstairs going who knows what” says my mom. i look down at rebeca and see her playing with her fingers. i have to admit it is really cute… “Mom i cant find my bookbag” screams laura “its on the couch you left there last night” yells my mom. wow there is a lot of screaming in this house. i finish eating my cereal and put the bowl in the sink “uhh young lady, who do you think is going to wash those dishes?” my mom asks “uhh ill do it later” i tell her, i see her shake her head “no. i don't think so” she says as she takes rebeca from my arms and points at the sink “ugh but mom i have school and its way to early to wash some dishes” i whine “ i don't care lauren. just hurry up” i turn to the sink and turn on the water “ Laura get your butt in here and eat breakfast before we go” yells my mom. a few seconds later laura walks in looking all girly eww. “mom you don't have to yell at me” says laura as she sits down… Laura finally finshes her breakfast and we head out. my mom is going to an interview so we had to hurry. My mom takes rebeca to my grandmas house and then drives laura to school and then finally drives me. “lauren before i drop you off, i just want to make sure if you're ok in starting at a new school?” asks my mom. i nod my head and lean in to hug her “ma i'm actually happy” i tell her, i see her smile and pats my back “well ok have fun and go charm some girls” she says with a wink. i chuckle and head out and just stand outside and look at the name of the school North Asheboro Middle School. i take a deep breath… Time for a new year and a new beginning.
