When Dimensions Collide

Chapter 11

As we are talking, I hear someone walking down the stairs, I stiffen up slightly thinking it could be Lauren. Luckily for me it wasn't, it was C. she looks distraught, but hey at least she isn't dead. I thought Lauren would have killed her by now, I'm glad I was wrong about that. "hey C" I say slowly trying not to make her jump, in case she hasn't realised I was here yet.

She looks up at me and smiles as she walks over to us and sits on the table to face us. She looks over at Camz then at me "another one?" She simply asks me and I nod in return "it seems so, what's bothering you?" from what I know from the memories given to me from the kiss she isn't one who likes to show that something is wrong, unless it was serious. I don't know if she's unaware of how obvious she is or what. All I know is she's definitely not happy "uh yeah, I'm fine. Your vampire girlfriend is a bit much, I realised I'm going to be very careful with my actions around her, especially when she's mad. I literally just watched her tear Laur-"she pauses before she could finish the name then continues "L into pieces because L thought it would be a clever idea to test her. I'm not sad she's dead, no one hates her more then me, but I don't want to end up like that." She explains. It is understandable I would have the same fear.

Then it clicks with me where even is Lauren and Camila, I know I will be in trouble with the fact I got out, but its too quiet. Like way too quiet. I hate it, I feel like they are going to jump out of nowhere and try and catch me.

I think Camz notices my distress and I feel her arm go around my shoulder and give me a comforting squeeze, before letting go. I look at her and give her a thankful smile, such a small gesture was able to make me feel better. "where are they right now C" "Camilia suggested that her and Lauren take your kids out for the day, in an attempt to calm down Lauren." "fair enough" I say quietly to myself.

We all sit in silence for a minute or too, before C stands up "I think I'm going to go get some rest, see ya" she walks back up the stairs. I turn to see Camz shifting around the counter slowly, trying to lay down on it. However, she moved a little to close to the edge and slipped. My eyes widen as I use my vampire speed to catch her before she hit the ground.

"for gods sake Camz, be fucking careful! You gave me a heart attack!" I raise my voice as I place her down. Then all of a sudden-

SMACK

Something had come flying through the air and hit me directly in the face. I rub my nose "ow" I whisper as I lean down to pick up what had hit me.

A bible.

Someone threw a bible at me. What the actual fuck. "don't use our god's name in vain!" I snap my head to whoever did it, and I see Ally standing there with her hands on her hips. I shouldn't have been so surprised. I hear Camz laugh next to me as she drastically falls into me. "she's the exact same as my ally!" she laughs louder, while I look at her oddly. Its not even that funny, she's being way over the top.

I pass the bible over to Ally "thank you, where's Tori?" I look over ally and I notice her aura has a lot of magic around her, I'm guessing Tori even brought back our version and the group. "she's upstairs in her room" as soon as I say that the girl is rushing to get up the stairs, making me smirk. "oh, and Ally?" I say.

She turns around on the stairs to look at me "yes?" she asks cautiously, as she sees the look on my face. "please keep the fucking to a minimum, remember my super hearing. I don't want to hear you two going at it. "I see her cheeks go bright red as she huffs. "yeah well! I don't even need super hearing to hear you three go at it, maybe I don't want to hear that." She turns around and leaves. This time its me who goes bright red, and I hear a snicker from next to me... bitch..

Out of nowhere there is a loud crackle, coming from Camz's direction. I look at her confused, then she pulls out a walkie-talkie that was attached on the back of her jeans. "Camila. I can't find her, she's nowhere to be seen. I'm walking back to the house. Everything is so weird, there's no zombies." A voice came from it. I hear Camz sigh as she looks at me before holding down a button while she speaks. "Laur.... I found her..." she says slowly.

It was quiet for a bit and Camz, lays her head on my shoulder. She knows what this place is, how she got here, who I am. Her Lauren doesn't. I think that fact upsets her a little. "REALLY!" the voice shouts. "yes, but Lauren..." Camz explains to her very briefly what is happening, and the world they are in.

We hear a quiet sob come from the other side, man I felt bad. "i-i-its not my y/n/n? o-okay..." another sob... "i-I'm heading back still... I'll see you soon" out of Camila, Lauren, L and C, these to are by far the most vulnerable and caring. I feel so bad.
