God, we still gotta go to class after that math test? I just wanna go into a coma at this point," Sero complains. I'm the last to arrive at the lunch table tray in hand.
"It was only ten questions ya lazy fuck," I replied sitting down.
"But those ten questions took up three whole pages, double-sided too."
I look around the table, "speaking of which where's pinky? I bet her dumbass got a historical figure on at least one question."
"Uraraka wanted to talk to her in private about something," Kirishima replied. "Besides dude, that wouldn't be a problem if you took some time to tutor the rest of us."
"Some of you guys don't need a tutor you need a miracle."
"So one of the answers aren't a historical figure-?" Kaminari got cut off by Mina sitting down next to Kirishima with a childish smile.
"Sorry I'm late Uararka needed some advice and by girl code, I'm not allowed to say so don't ask."
"Alright," He replied. "As I was saying I know it was a math test but I can't be the only one that got Van Gogh's sixth symphony as an answer."
"Isn't Van Gogh a painter?" Kirishima thought out loud.
"How the fuck did you get a music sheet on a test about graphs-!"
"Alright, I'll talk, stop pressuring me! Just promise you guys won't tell anyone else." She cuts me off this time, "she needed some advice on how to get a guy. I bet you can't guess who it is."
"Midoriya," everyone at the table stated in unison. Even I knew Uraraka had feelings for him since the second day of school.
"Ok, I guess it's not exactly a secret." She looks around before leaning in covering the side of her mouth, "but it sounds like she's getting ready to make a move." She sits back up nodding overly proud of herself.
"Poor things gonna have her heartbroken," Kirishima replied.
"What are talking about he obviously likes her back just look," she gestures to their table.
I look over to see the nerd trio laughing about some joke one of them said, Deku looks generally happy smiling brightly to his table mates. I try to swallow down the urge to cough feeling fresh velvety flowers tickling my throat. Deku has never smiled like that with me, but it’s not that I ever gave him a reason to.
Kaminari shrugs, "so what they're just friends."
The urge to cough and the tight feeling in my chest is slowly getting worse.
"I gotta side with Mina on this one," Sero piped in. "Their whole dynamic doesn't really scream platonic to me."
"You're the tie-breaker Blasty McBoomboom." I glare at her knowing that if I open my mouth I’ll cough something up but she doesn’t seem phased. “So what's it gonna be?”
I take a deep breath and immediately logged a flower into my airway, I start coughing to help me breathe as I get up with everyone at the table giving me weird looks and go to the bathroom. As soon reach a stall in the empty bathroom I try to spit the flower into the toilet but instead end up gagging and throwing up a few more flowers than intended and just enough of my lunch to make my lungs and throat burn.
As soon as I start to feel somewhat fine I wash my hand rinse my mouth out, and as soon as I step out I’m immediately stopped by Sero. "Hey dude I've been meaning to ask is everything alright?" He asked his brows knitted together from worry it looks like he was waiting outside the bathroom for me. It's weird to see him so serious and without the dopey stoner grin he usually has on. "Like I know you have asthma but this is starting to seem like something else..."
