CHAPTER 3

SUMMER'S POV

BANG BANG BANG BANG just like that gun shoots keep going off one after the other like clockwork. Everyone was looking at each other confused as to what was going on the zombies that were trying to get in throw the gate suddenly drop to the ground and you could see their black tar-like blood oozing out of their heads going throw the spaces of the gate into the auditorium. Everyone looked up when we heard the gate being opened Darcelle and I got up to see who aswell.

Who I could see walking throw the gate like they weren't late my sister Chelsea, my best friend Nick, general Brandon, private Wick and some other army people when everyone was inside they closed the gate standing in a circle and more zombies came and blocked the exit damn I was really hoping that we could get out of here without have without getting my school uniform dirty but apart of me knew that I was hoping for too much. What took them so long to get here anyways were they motherfucking sightseeing I shook my head and walk to the front with Darcelle behind me.

"Summer!" Nick called me over I could hear people whispering about it while Darcelle stood frozen at the front looking at me as walk over to them probably wondering how I knew these people. "What took you guys so long," I asked sending death glare their way "Sorry I overslept" Nick explained with a smile on his face I look at him and my right eye started itching from how irritated I was right now. "Whatever, wait where are Leo and Tee Jay?" I looked around to see if they came in and I just didn't see "Their back at the base you'll see them when we get home" general Brandon explain.

I just nodded my head "Did you guys bring my stuff?" I asked looking at them and they all looked away " They forgot but I didn't, here" Chelsea laughed and toast me a bag "Thanks, Chelsea" I looked in the bag and took out a Katana sword, two CZ 75B, and a Daniel Defense AR-15 when my principal interrupted by saying " You can't give a student weapons" we all look at each other and started laughing and I look at his face and saw that he was being serious and stoped laughing "Guys I think he was serious" they stop and looked at him then general Brandon told him with a serious face "If you want to make it out of here alive I suggest you stop trying to tell me what I can and can't okay"my principal nodded his head and looked really scared as well as everyone else in the crowd but I just shook it off.

We looked away from the crowd and ignored them "So what's the plan" I ask the general then he started laying out the plan "Will bring the crowd on the stage and keep them there until it's over Summer you will be in the middle of the auditorium taking out all the zombie that comes in when Nick opens the gate"I nod my head as an indication that I understand "Chelsea you will be in front of the stage taking out the one that Summer can't get to when their all dead will take everyone to the maxi and take them to the base understand" everyone nodded their heads.

We turn back to the crowd "Everyone goes on the stage" was all the general told them and that's exactly what they did we all got in our place Chelsea in front the stage, Nick's by the gate ready to open it and I'm in the middle of the auditorium. Nick, was about to open the gate when I hared Darcelle shouting to wait I looked at her running to me "You can't do this you'll die" she told me crying will terror in her eye I smiled at her " Do you trust me" she nods her head "Good now go stand next to general Brandon and stay there I will explain everything later" I told her pointing to general Brandon with a smile on my face nodding her head she walks over to the front of the stage where he was standing I smiled at her. Then looked at Nick with the two CZ 75B in my hands and told him to open the gate once the gate open he went to the general's side and the zombies all rushed in like a swarm of flys.

I stood there looking at all the zombies coming to me I raised my guns and started shooting but only going for their heads that's the only way to kill zombies. One after the next their body's drops to the ground with every headshot, Chelsea joined in on the fun taking out the ones I couldn't deal with coming her way. Once my handguns were out of bullets I took out my Daniel Defense AR-15 and continued my killing spree at this point I was smiling because I was enjoying myself as their body's were dropped like fly. But soon enough that to run out of bullets. I also heard Chelsea reloading her guns so I took out my Katana I guess my hands have to get dirty one zombie after the next I chopped off their heads I was having so much fun that I forgot about the people standing on stage watching me. I turned my head to see if everyone on the stage was good and I saw mixed emotions some people look at me shocked, some confused and some looked scared the rest looked at all the dead zombies with disgust. I then gave my full attention to the zombies so I can get the job done and leave.

When they were all dead I looked at myself and saw that I was covered in blood ugh I'm so over this. The general then told everyone to follow him to the buses so we could leave. When almost everyone was gone I put all my stuff back in the bag and was about to leave the auditorium when I felt someone tap my shoulder I turned around and saw an angry Darcelle "Hey Darcelle" I said nervously laughing "You have some explaining to do, but as of right now let's go before we get left behind" was all she said before heading to the buses "this is going to be a long drive" I picked up my bag and ran to catch up to her.
