A New Beginning

Blu changed her name to Light

3 YEARS LATER 

[Light's POV]

It has been 3 years after I've met with Zynx and Cloud, they both adore me as there little sister as their own. Zynx treats me just like Roy does, always overprotective, stern and very commanding. Cloud acts like a motherly figure to me checks for injuries and very loving. I've moved on now except the fact that shadow still lives in my mind. I heard that, you can't get rid of me that easily, jeez. But in fact Shadow knows what going on outside the pack, helping on intel apparently he knows everything. Yup and shadow is a he. People are outrageous . Probably because you're in my mind, you ass. Funny, you've grown up liking my language.

The wolf pack adored me as they're own, I learned to survive in fighting situation with enemy packs. I still have the power of the canary cry but I haven't used it seems, because of my wolf form becoming my main form. I've let my old life behind, except for my family. 

I heard a howl over in the distance, calling for a pack meeting. I returned the howl back as others did from the pack. 

The leader of the pack named Clyde, said its time to pronounce the new leader of the pack. "Brothers, sisters. I've called you today, as I am stepping down on my duties as Alpha of the Pack. I shall step down and congratulate Zynx as the new alpha of the pack" 

"I'm  honoured, father." Zynx said. "I will protect, and strive to keep this pack alive until I die." 

Cheering and howls can be heard. My lightning fur marks can be seen glowing, the other wolves were impressed as they knew that I am human and wanted to be a wolf. But they treated me with respect, they enjoyed the fact that they call me 'lantern' as nick name as I sometimes glow in the dark. 

For the entire night it was just celebrating, until the hunting team have to go search for dinner and breakfast for the next day. 

"Light, be careful and be wary of humans." Cloud says. "I know but you know,I'm  human as well I can converse with them. I'll be fine." I howled back as I started my solo hunting regime.

[Black Canary's POV]

Its been 3 years seens I last saw my young Blu. I wonder where she is, she's off the radar, no intel, the league can't even find any details. After many attempts to search, Blu has been proclaimed dead. 

The front door flew open, revealing Roy. "I heard the news. I want news on my little sister!" 

"Roy, she's gone.. No traces, no clues on her disappearance." 

"I can't believe you're giving up! She's your daughter for goodness sake!!" Roy angrily stated. "The league is absolutely hopeless, you can't blame the younger team the blame. The league caused it, telling lies from the start, keeping secrets. Every one of you are selfish!" 

"Roy. Please.. She went crazy went she fight against Robin and Kid Flash." 

"Don't START BLAMING BLU! ITS NOT HER FAULT!! IF THE LEAGUE JUST DIDN'T KEPT SECRETS AND TELL US THE REAL HQ NONE OF THIS WOULD HAPPEN!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS." Shouting. 

"You're right, there isn't a excuse for her disappearance." 

"And letting alone a bunch of teenagers hitting puberty, teenage boys. You can't keep thematic bay, they're curious. Its the league's fault for leaving the boys alone in the first place, and you can't deny that." Roy said before leaving the house and shutting the front door shut. 

I dropped down to the floor and cried. "Honey, was that Roy?" Oliver questioned. 

Tears still streaming down my face soaking my shirt.
