Lost

[Light's POV]

I tread slowly over back to the cave with visible sobs and tears along the way. My bloody leg still dripping with blood and slowly heals up without me noticing. The lightning and thunder from outside starts to stir causing many lightning strikes here and there. The wind rushed into the cave before it closes shut with some of the league trailing behind. 

I kept walking until, I felt someone trying to grab me. I stopped and growled. 

"Do. Not. Touch. Me." In a creepy and angered way. I am already feeling annoyed and betrayed by my own pack that I've saved and protected now, they are just turning my backs on me after everything we've been through. 

Getting adopted and being one of the pack members is a mistake, I shouldn't had left. Now they will suffer beyond recognition. Having lost their Alpha and best mother figure in the pack. But I know that Zynx and Cloud didn't want this to happen. 

I changed back to my human form revealing the many cuts and bruises from defending the pack. Walking back to the medical bay. 

"Why does everything has to be difficult?" I muttered before I start twitching and tensing up. 

~~ TimeSkip 30 minutes Later ~~

I woke up feeling the cold sweat going down my face and body, an oxygen mask has been placed over my mouth and nose. A heart monitor beside me.

Another fit, pathetic.  You're not the one going through it. You have no say. Shadow huffed in response mentally. Another freaking IV stuck on my arm! Seriously.  Remember don't blame on me. Karma. 

I was just about yank my IV out of my arm, but Mom stood there in front of me. I didn't even hear the door open up, she continued staring at me. I slowly looked down, my fingers fidgeting.

"Talk to me." Mom said.

I didn't answer, but instead glared at Shadow looking at me from the corner of the room. 

"You're weak, Light. You're not good enough." Shadow said to me. I am the only one that could hear and see him. 

"You're right! But you can't control me!" I shouted at Shadow. I got up from my laying position to yanking my IV out of my arm, and walked to the wall. I punched the wall releasing a huge crack, with my fist red and aching. I ignore the pain. 

"You're too slow, Weak, Pathetic little girl screaming out for help. But you see that no one cares." Shadow said to me walking up to me. 

"This isn't real! This isn't real! This isn't real! THIS ISN'T REAL!" I screamed holding my head, being pushed into the corner, trembling helplessly. While Shadow stood with a huge grin and disappeared. I pulled my legs up to my chest and sobbed placing my head down. 

"Light, you're safe. There's no one here except me and you." 

"You don't understand, you can't se-" 

Batman barged in to the Med bay, with Wonder Woman by his side. 

"Understand what? Speak." Batman sternly says. 

I looked away, until I felt a rope feeling around my hand. "The lasso compiles you to tell the truth." Wondie looked down on me. 

Cornered again.  

I tried fighting, but couldn't fight against and stuttered out the words. "S..Shadow." was the only word I managed to let out as the lasso loosen the grip. 

Shadow re-appeared behind the members looking down on me with sadistic eyes. 

Weak.

Pathethic. 

Waste of Life.

You are not worthy to live. 

Waste of Space.

You're not good enough.

Worthless piece of sh*t. 

Staring down and got up on my bed. The members already decided to leave while Shadow was lecturing me. I knew that the league are going to have to keep monitoring me but the hidden camera which I haven't figure out yet. 

Then an unexpected person came in, actually not one person but the younger team decided to crash into the medical bay. Not realising that I'm in here. Great, Just Great. I mentally sigh. 

"Your reason of coming in here?" asking with no emotion on my face. 

"To hangout, you seem bored." Wally excitedly said.

I nodded. 

"We agreed to entertain you, as the team leader." Kaldur says.

"I'm not part of the team, but isn't this going against the orders of the league?" 

"We know that you aren't part of the team, but you are a guest that should be treated with respect." Kaldur says like a natural born leader. 

I whispered to them. "You know that there are hidden camera's in this room, with potentially leading all of you being monitored as well. I don't want to be the cause of putting you all at risk, because of my pathetic self the reason I fled in the first place."

"No it isn't because of that, we were all thinking of you joining the team when you are ready." Robin practically spilled the beans, whispering which caught the other team members off guard. They looked at them like DUDE. 

"You stole my sentence." Wally whines. 

"Damn you guys are such Rebels." 

"Duh, we ain't robots controlled by the league." Artemis said looking at me with laugh at the end.

"True.. True." 

SuperBoy walked towards me and whispered to my ear. "I hope we get to spar or  train together, you have really great moves." 

I whispered back. "Of course, until I get out of this hell hole. I will fight or train with you." 

We were all having fun until they had to leave because of a certain bat that decided to walk in during our conversations. 

"Are you here to interrogate me again?" I said in annoyed and uninterested voice. 

"The league had decided that you are going to join the team, everyday you will have togo to therapy sessions with Black Canary." 

I had a small smile but it was gone when he said. 

"Rules are you are not to leave the cave without supervision with a league member." 

I swore under my breath. "You are saying that I can leave this med bay?" 

"Yes." And he left just like that.

Hey guys! Sorry for the super duper late update. Sorry this is a sort chapter just around 1100 words.
