Chapter 6: is it over ?

So he went ahead to his interview with Prescott. He walked right through the doors just to see the women he slept with before right there waiting for him she told him not to worry about anything and just go for it so he did. When he walked right into the conference room and sat beside Mr.Prescott himself they interviewed him and even offered to write him a $800,000 check the same day for all the videos he sent over the years. But he said " no " he turned down a check that could benefit him for a change and could also help me since we was practically married. Moments later ,He walked inside looking at me and everyone in the room he explained himself . I didn't say a single word ,I was listening he sat on the coffee table telling me about the interview and what they offered him. He asked me " can we go talk alone ?" and I said sure but let me understand this right? A bitch I caught you cheating on me with before left her wallet in your truck and this house is about to get foreclosed on and you turned down an $800,000 check that was going to be signed to you today ?Is this the bullshit story you selling me ?.He explained himself further and at this point I was done with him and his shit. I took a puff of my cigarette and said I'm done with you he looked at me with that same sorry ass look but I wasn't buying it anymore. He put his hand on my leg promising me he was going to change and make things right but I waited years for him to do that and nothing was changing stuck by him when he didn't have a DIME to his name. Gave him money for everything he asked for , bought him a CAR and was the only one working 2 jobs. During the day I was an assistant and during the night I was cleaning offices to keep money in the house. I attended to every need and want but I ask myself when is my turn coming ? I just told him I want a divorce and for him to get his shit while he can and leave I yelled at him " GET OUT" he said." I'm not going  anywhere ". I leaned up into his face and I said with a devilish look on my face " you know me and you know I can be the mother fucking devil !". He got up grabbing his belongings and he left walked right out the door  as I sit and watch him leave I said to myself is this over ?
