It was night. Such as dark as the day. At least in my sight. Since the love if ny life choosed this other girl, over me, I only got outside using new supplies for my painting. The pain sat deep in me. Everything I drew reminded me in how I met him. I was outside, taking my supplies I just bought with me until a thick man with teeth growing out of his mouth shoved me away, all of my supplies fallen on the ground. As I took them all together the young thin man helped me. It was love in his first sight. Dark brown hair, light skin, blue eyes. I thought I met the perfect man. Until I saw him, dating this female dog. I even drew a potrait of him to confess my feelings. But as I saw him with this woman. I understood this world was a lie. The painting lays unused at the corner. I could just stare at this with my dark eyes, resting only for him. I was in deep thought. My chest hurted, I was about to break down until my windows suddenly opened. Heavy wind blowed in the room. I was about to close. I realised this wasn't just a normal wind. Not either the north wind taking the children. I saw a ship out of my window. A huge ship, having a shape like a dome. Yet builed not perfect. But still secure to survive any storm it might pass. Its the maw. And it wanted me.

I took all my paintig supplies as well as my wallpapers in together, taking my way out, nothing else left behind. Not even the painting of my love. I took my way and I saw a Woman I recognized her. It was the teacher who educates the preschool students in her class im a abusive manner. Right now she had a child on her hand me, yelling at a guy in rainsuit and hat. His face long pulled, having hollow eyes the teacher was grabbing the kid in the hair " TAKE THIS USELESS BRAT IN THE MAW! she is not worth my time. She is nothing!" The man in his raincoat took the child, giving her the money before he layed his hollow eyes on me. He made a gesture to sit on his boat. I knew it. The maw calls me. I knew all about this plays. Rumors are whoever comes to the Maw, never returned. Who knows what would happen to me, the kids and the guests. However.. all I wanted was just leaving this place behind. So I moved forward.  The ferryman had a cage full of kids next to me. Including the teachers kid  "what a suprise. They want to take you in too? Being an artist isnt a real job. " the teacher said "at least I am away from the city and don't have to see your face" I contered "why you little! AFTER ALL I SAVED YOU FOR BEING JOBLESS AND MADE YOU DRAW ME, MY USELESS COWORKER AND THE PATHETIC CHILDREN" The teacher said, taking her ruler out. The feryman held her back. She saw immediatly fear. "She is not a problem for you anymore! " he said. Sitting on the front boat. The boat began to swim without the ferryman to paddle it. I looked after the city " Don't worry brat! The Maw has everything you need as long as the Lady won't decide for your death." The ferryman said. I looked at the ground. The lady surely would never want to deal with an artist. At least that was what I thought. I looked at the sea. We were already there. The ferryman grabbed my arm, throwing the cage, the supplies and me at last in the ship.

A long man stood infront of me. He had the typical bellhop clothing. He was really tall. The most unatural however was his face. His skin went grey. And his face looked like an overmelted candle. His eyes was hollow just as the ferryman. "Welcome to the maw madame. " he said, bowing down to me. I slowly stood up, collecting my supplie's doing the same just not to be rude.  " I am sorry abot the ferryman's behavior" the Bellman said.  The ferryman growled at the bellhop. "You better watch out what you say!"
The ferryman said . The bellhop shook a bit. Then he looked at me with his hollow eyes "May i show you your room ma'ame...?" he asked. I noded "yes please" I said. the confusing thing is he did not cared about my oh so thin figure unless the other guests there. it was like... he knew me already. but how? I was following the bellman. the decorations in the maw where build in kind of asian style. I could tell it was in a Japanese way. the bellman noticed my uncomfortable stand and so he tried to break my silence "as the bellhop i am always open for questions if you , madame , happen to have any , feel free to ask me...." he said in a calm almost shooting voice. "honestly.... I have no Idea what to ask first" I replied. later on we came in the corridors. Each Door's in the room had Eyes drawn on it. call me crazy but as I came the first Time it seemed like they where staring at me. it came in my mind to ask me anyway "ok... I think I got a question " the Bellhop looked back at me "yes ma'am?" "what are these huge eyes doing? "I asked. great...... that question was dumb. The bellhop smiled at me around his deformed face and he seemed to chuckle he opened a door wich was obviously my room "oh you see , Its nothing you should pay any mind to. The lady of the house insisted on these types of decoration..." he awnsered. now I really stood like an idiot. not only this dumb question. its also because I was paranoid about some decorations wich seemed to stare at me. "oh... Alright then" I said awkwardly. "now" the bellhop started and claped his both hands "If you are in any need of assistance just ring the bell on your bedside...the phone will automaticly call the desk if youre in any need. The bathhouse and restourant are booth open arround the clock for you to visit." he said and bowed down "enjoy your stay" he said and walked off. I looked after him and entraced in my room. so... this is my new room... I looked around my new home.
