Seokjin watched as Jungkook lowered his head, and he sensed a new emotion - fear. It made him gulp.

"Jungkook? What did the doctor say when he came to you?" Seokjin asked quietly. The younger shook his head, he didn't want to answer the question. Seokjin reached his hand to his head and lifted it up with his fingers; tears started to roll down on his cheeks by the movement.

"I-'Im too afraid to te-tell you. Yo-you'll be terrified, o-or, worse, be disgusted wi-with me!" Jungkook said between sobs.

"As you can see, I'm not a normal human either. I don't think that you could say anything that would make me do any of what you just stated."

"Hyung, don't you get it? I became a demon for the first time!" Jungkook yelled then he buried his face into his hands, sobbing grievously.

Seokjin needed a few seconds to let the words sink in, to process what he'd heard.

"What do you mean by that exactly?" He asked, still in shock.

Jungkook lifted his head up and dropped his hands into his lap, looking at him, still crying.

"I partly transformed during sex... have you ever seen how incubus' are represented?" Jungkook asked after he calmed down a bit.

"Yes." Seokjin replied, pictures flashing in his mind he'd seen before. Bat-like wings, sometimes they were illustrated with horns too. He could barely imagine Jungkook like that.

"In my case, my wings grew... as the doctor told me what the girl said, I remembered it, as I only needed to hear that to make myself remember it. I only noticed it at the end, after she came." Jungkook explained.

"You haven't even noticed it?" Seokjin asked in disbelief.

"She scratched my back earlier, I thought that was the reason behind the pain I felt."

Seokjin tried to comprehend what he heard. He knew that every power showed up differently, it's unique with everyone. But the fact that the younger experienced it in such a horrible way... he really felt sorry for him.

"And why did she only wake up two days later?" He asked after a minute or so.

"I don't know... maybe it's because that was the first time I used my power... I have no idea." Jungkook replied.

"What happened after that?" Seokjin was a bit scared of the answer, but his curiosity was bigger.

"I was so scared that I ran away, I didn't stop until I got home." The younger's crying eased a bit as he spoke. He took a big breath and exhaled it before he continued. "My parents weren't at home, but that didn't bother me. I didn't want to explain anything about what happened, I felt so ashamed. I took a bag and dropped every cloth I could find with some of my other stuff and ran away from home."

"You did what?!?" Seokjin asked in shock, he didn't want to believe what he heard. To say he was surprised would be an understatement.

"I left a letter to them, I wrote down what I really am. Fortunately I started to save some money for myself long before; I was planning to move out and rent an apartment, so I could stay at a cheap, shitty hotel." Jungkook wasn't crying anymore as he spoke.

"But... weren't your parents looking for you?" Seokjin asked with a frown.

"They sent me a text on the next day. An address was in it, pairing with an explanation that they rented an apartment for me and they're gonna send an amount of money to my bank account." Seokjin noticed how emotionless Jungkook's voice was as he spoke.

Jungkook saw how Seokjin's eyes went wide, like he just couldn't believe what he'd heard. He remembered how surprised he'd been when he'd read that short text message. His parents treated him like something unwanted that was better to be ignored. He managed it pretty badly in the beginning, but after a month or so he only felt emptiness whenever he thought about his... parents.

"That's it? They didn't call you? They didn't care about what would have happened with their son?!?" Jungkook didn't understand why Seokjin was so upset about it. He stared at the latter with a frown.

"I just told you that they got me an apartment and they keep sending me the money every month. Why are you so angry?" Jungkook asked.

"Because parents should support their child emotionally, and money can never substitute it! It was the worst phase in your life, and instead of supporting you, of helping you, they got rid of you..." Seokjin's lips trembled as he trailed off, his eyes were shining with unfallen tears.

The sight made Jungkook's heart ache; he didn't want him to feel sad because of him. He crawled closer to the elder and hugged him tightly. Seokjin slid his hands onto his back automatically, putting his head onto his shoulder. Jungkook gently stroked his hair, caressing his back with his other hand.

"Please don't cry, hyung. Although it was hard to bring back these memories, I'm better now. Thank you for hearing me out."

"I should be thankful that you told me about your past." Seokjin's voice was quiet, hoarse even. They stayed like that for a few minutes, but that didn't bother the younger. It felt good for him to hold the other like this; a warm, calming feeling bloomed inside him.

The sound of an opening door broke the intimate moment. They flooded away from each other, both of them looked at the person who came into the apartment. Jungkook noticed that the stranger was shorter than him, his skin was pale, and he had a thin physique. The mint-haired guy looked at them with a frown.

"Oh, hello, Yoongi!" Seokjin welcomed him.

"Who the hell did you bring up here?" The guy asked instead of greeting Seokjin as he scanned them with a suspicious look.
