*HANNAH'S POV*

I haven't thought much about Grace and Chester over the past week. I just tried to accept the fact that she's my best friend, and thats all she'll ever be to me. I mean, thats good enough right? Grace has been acting kind of weirdly around me though, does she know that I saw her? I walked got out of bed, and went downstairs for breakfast. It was a Saturday morning and Grace was already downstairs when I woke up.

As I walked down, I saw Grace's mom and Grace talking across the counter. They both turned and stopped talking when I came down. Grace had a sad and confused look on her face.

"Morning!" I said. "What's going on?"

"Um Hannah we have some bad news for you." Grace's mom replied.

I glanced at Grace, eager to get some kind of clue on what's going on, but she just looked down.

"Hannah, we're moving."

I looked at her, not saying a word.

Really? Every time when something good happens to me, they have to leave. Why is this so unfair?!

"Um.." I stuttered.

"Listen Hannah, I'm extremely sorry. I know this is really bad timing for you, but I think you should go talk it out with your parents okay? Or if they still don't understand, maybe go stay with another friend?"

I didn't know what to say. My life keeps falling apart so quickly without me even knowing.

"Okay... when are you guys leaving?"

"Monday."

My heart stopped. I felt sick to my stomach, as my mouth fell open, gasping.

"I'm sorry honey." Grace's mom said, giving me a hug.

Throughout the whole thing, Grace did not say a thing to me. She just looked down the whole time.

"Grace honey i think you should start packing. Hannah do you want some breakfast?" Grace's mom said, gesturing to the food on the table.

"You know what? I'm actually not that hungry. I'll just take a cup of yougurt. Thanks!" I said, following Grace up to her room.
