In which Carl meets Negan's daughter, Harley. Read to find out what happens between the two.

Negan explained everything to Harley and for the first time since the shit hit the fan she actually listened to him. Negan was going to make Simon and other saviors, block the group from every direction they were going and lead them into their trap.
Negan told Harley that she could come out of her cage and Harley has never been so happy in her entire life. For the first time it wasn't crazy happy. She rushed down the hall trying to find her little sister Haleigh.
She started noticing how she hasn't stopped by and visited her like she always does. Even though Harley's insane she loves her sister to pieces. She promised her mom when she was on her death bed to protect her sister. That was when Harley was 9 and Haleigh was 7. And she did. Until she was locked up and lost her mind.
She spots her outside talking to a group of Saviors. In the blink of an eye, she rushes outside to see her. She barges through the doors catching Haleigh's attention quickly. Harley smirks as she sees her eyes light up.
"Hiya puddin! Missed me?" She asked with that crazy smirk on her face.
Her sister ran at her like something was chasing her and jumped in Harley's arms. Harley hugged her sister tight like her life depended on it. Haleigh pulled away looking into Harley's eyes. Usually her blue eyes were filled with insanity and rage but for the first time in over 6 years her eyes were filled with love.
Harley did the same with Haleigh and took in her features. Haleigh's eyes are usually filled with sadness and tears but this time it was genuine happiness that filled her mocha brown eyes which pulled a heart string in Harley's chest.
Haleigh's eyes smiled with her lips, her bright blonde hair danced with the wind, her sweet facial features still had her signature strong demeanor, and her cheeks had a rosie shade to it. Still looking like mom Harley thought.
Love & happiness is something mostly everyone has. Not Harley and Haleigh. So to say that they were on cloud nine was a pretty big deal since they don't have genuine happiness.
"How come you're out?" Haleigh asked with a smile on her face.
"I have business to take care of with dad." She said and the thought of it brought an evil smile to Harley's face.
"Don't tell me you're going to kill somebody." Haleigh said as she noticed the smile and her happiness going down a little.
Harley notices and quickly changed her answer. "No I'm not. I just have stuff to do with dad. I promise."
"Ok. I hope so." Haleigh says. And she really did. Haleigh never liked it when Negan had "stuff" to do because she knew it meant killing.
"Aren't you supposed to be in your cage?" A deep voice said behind Harley. She turned around in a flash with her usual crazy grin.
"Well haven't you heard the news puddin? My daddy set me free." She said with that crazy grin on her face.
"But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be out here. Crazies like you need to be locked up." The Savior said. Rage filled Harley's body but she kept it hidden. Something she was very good at.
"Do you like to play?" She asked with a scary/crazy smile which sent a shiver down the saviors's spine.
"No." He said quickly.
"Well I think you do." She said and grabbed him. She placed her in front of him and took out his knife from his holster and put it up to his neck.
"Harley stop!" Haleigh pleaded.
Harley frowned. "But I was just starting to have fun."
"What you're doing is not fun. I hate your definition of fun." Haleigh said. It's true.
"Please?" Harley asked.
"No Harley. Just stop." Haleigh said, tears threatening to spill out of her eyes but she held them back.
"If you say something like that to me again we'll have play time again. Except you won't be having fun." Harley threatened and threw him down to the ground along with his knife.
The sound of clapping caught the girls attention. It was their dad with a smile on his face walking towards Harley and Haleigh.
"Now that is what I wanted to see. Good job my little monster." Negan said making Harley smile evilly.
He turned his gaze to Haleigh and let out a sigh. "Now Haleigh I know you don't stuff like that but you're just gonna have to suck that shit up and deal with it if you wanna live in this world. You're my daughter start acting like it."
The young girl looked down at the ground feeling ashamed & weak.
Negan always made Haleigh feel that way. Haleigh wanted to make peace but Negan wanted to kill. Yeah they loved each other but he always put her down making her drown more in her sadness than she already has.
"Come on sweetheart. Let's go." He said to Harley.
Harley gave her sister a reassuring hug and followed her dad inside the sanctuary.
