I spit at the girl again, eyes burning into hers. She just chuckled, seeing my struggle. I didn't want to give her the satisfaction of killing me, or feel the horrific pain. But her damn thug is holding me back... I cuss. The girl smirks and gently drag the tip of her sword down my cheek. I pull away and struggle again. The thug pulls on my arms harder, sending a jolt of pure pain up my arms.
"Damn you!" I blurt out at them. I am suddenly struck across the cheek by the girls foot. I could feel the throbbing pain burning under the skin. Even if this is a game, I can still feel the intense pain of reality. My head hangs there for a few seconds. I have no idea what I'm going to do... This girl doesn't look like she's joking around! If I struggle, the more I'll hurt...
Without any warning, the girl slashes at my chest, slicing open a hole in both my shirt and my flesh. I struggle harshly as the thug pulls even harder on my arms. Redish pixels spread around the wound in my chest. I groan in agony. I grit my teeth and glare at the girl, an amused grin spreading across her face.
"What the hell is your deal?!" I exclaim with pure hatred. The girl shrugs, smirking as if this was all a game and the result of the game didn't affect her.
"I don't have a problem, you do!" She replied in a snooty way.
"You're the one who's picking on someone with no weapon, or any means of defence! Are you five or something?!" I bark at her, she flinches, frowning now.
"Shut it!" She slashes at me again, this time aiming for my face. She cuts my cheek. The burning sensation runs up the side of my pant as I yelp. She's seriously going to kill me! A sudden idea strikes me.
"Hey... Calm down...! You're acting like a pathetic five year old who throws a tantrum when they can't get their way!" I remark, smirking. I narrow my eyes as the guy steps on my back harder, I yelp again and grit my teeth. I soon let out a chuckle and push off the ground with my leg that they neglected to kick down, the thugs leg slides down my back and I use him as a swing-like contraption. I jump into the air while he's still holding my arms, and, to my ultimate surprise, I get behind him! All players have the same weight, height, and strength, even when injured... Heh, lucky guy. I kick his calf and he looses balance, I take this chance to sling him to the ground beside me. It just so happens that he lands on the other passed out thug. I let him go and turn to the girl, who is gawking at me. I tilt my head at her and chuckle.
"Are you gonna fight, or run?" I ask, alternating the question she had asked me. She chooses the second option.
"Goodbye! I hope I don't see you again!" I call after her.
I completely forget about Curlos and wobble back to Steve's place, ignoring the curious and shock filled gazes that rest on me. As soon as I make it to the house, I am greeted with a door slamming in my face, forcing me to fall back. I groan in pain.
"Dear Notch! I'm sorry Brody!" I hear Steve frantically appologize. He pulls me to my feet, his eyes widen as he notices my wounds.
"What happened to you!" He exclaimed, his eyes growing wider. I respond with a shrug. I hold the open wound on my chest and groan in agony. Steve rushes me inside and sits me down. I lean my head back. The pain is just starting to intesnify. I grit my teeth and groan.
"Just hold on!" I hear Steve call back to me. He rummages through a chest, tossing the unwanted things on the ground. A moment leter, he rushes over with a small potion. He pops off the cork and hands it to me. A sweet scent fills my nose and I dump the liquid in my mouth, gulping down the sweet, but tangy liquid. My body goes completely numb. I woozily sit up and watch the wound in my skin close, and to my surprise, my clothes cover up the wound. I moan as I get up.
"Thanks, Steve." I say, still numb. Steve lets out a small chuckle.
"It was no problem." He reponds warmly, looking at me with curiosity and worry. "Would you like to tell me why you looked like you came from a creeper explosion?" He asked again. I sit up nimbly and open my mouth. After my explination, he looked at me with consern.
"Stay here, I'll get Connor." Steve stated before rushing out of the house. After a few minutes, I hear the door open. I look back and see Connor enter the house.
"Hey." I greeted.
"Hey."
"Got cake?" I ask, looking at him. He rolls his eyes and sets the cake on the table.
"Steve's gonna kick that girl out of the chasm. You can watch her go if you want. I'm gonna go watch." Connor stated. My eyes widen, and I slowly stand.
