A couple of years passed and the group of freshmen is now a group of juniors. You were back in Freeridge because you missed your home so here you are with a house that you bought. Boxes were placed around the living room and in each room, but you were too lazy at the moment to start unpacking so you decided to go get food since you didn't eat lunch yet. You walked to the infamous Javier's Taqueria and opened the door making the bell signal the employees that someone had entered the restaurant.
A familiar face walked into view, "Hola, how can I help you?"
"Ruby?" you smiled.
He looked up with confusion then recognition ran across his face, "(Y/N)! You're back! How was LA?"
"It was good. How is everyone?" you asked.
"Monse and Cesar have been together for two years now, I got a girl, and Jamal is slowly getting to know a girl. Everything is good now," Ruby smiled, "you want your usual?"
"Yeah. Thanks. I got a house so whenever you and the gang want to stop and hang out then you can just shoot me a text," you offered.
"Dope! Thanks (Y/N),"
You got your food and said bye to Ruby before leaving the restaurant and walking down the road that you used to take. Memories flooded your mind when you went across familiar places and you were so occupied that you didn't realize you were across the Diaz residence until the door opened. Monse and Cesar walked out and spotted a familiar figure across the street so Cesar ran and gave you a big hug with Monse behind him.
"You're back! I missed you so much. How was LA?" Cesar held your shoulders, "did you see Oscar yet?"
"LA was good, but I missed my home. I haven't seen Oscar yet either, but I'm sure we'll run into each other sooner or later," the door opened again and Oscar walked out.
He saw his little brother talking to a woman with Monse so he walked up to them in curiosity, slapping his brother on his shoulder to see the woman. His gaze went up to the woman's face and froze at the familiar face that still had his heart.
"(Y/N)? W-What are you doing here?" Oscar asked.
"I missed mi casa. How you been, O?" You smiled.
"Good, good. How you been, princesa?" He stared in amazement at you, unaware of the eyes of Cesar and Monse.
"Been good. Down to share my food and catch up?" you lifted up the bag of food.
"Yeah, I'm down," Oscar smiled at you, "hermanito, you gotta feed yourself tonight. Probably won't be back until night,"
Cesar smiled, "no problemo, mano,"
"C, take some of this for food," you handed him a twenty-dollar bill and winked at him.
"Thanks, hermana. Let's go Monse," Cesar walked off with a big smile.
Oscar and you spent the rest of the day and night talking about what happened over the years. It was like falling in love all over again, but this time with no breaks anymore and together until the end like how it was supposed to be for the two of you.
