Ikaw at Ako

In Denial

I hugged him and I felt tears running down my face. I missed that feeling of being in his arms. I just can't believe his back in my life and I allowed him. There are still questions inside of me that I want him to answer but I am not sure what will happen once I get the answers to those questions.

"Hoy Dani gurl, tulala ka dyan. Iniisip MO noh?" Pang-aasar na sabi ni Jocelyn.

"Ga, bat nga tulala ka? Namiss mo yung mga bisig ni Papi Mo noh? Yieee, emeged kinikilig ako," Mimi said.

I was still in shock of everything that happened last night. I was so mad at him but I so want to have him again. I missed him so much. Iba talaga yung nandyan sa, yung alam mong anytime pwede mo siyang makasama.

"Ano teh? Tulala pa din. Magkwento ka na! Ano bang nangyari at ganyan ka ha? Umamin ka nga may gusto ka pa ba kay Mo?"

"Jocelyn, what the heck are you saying. Mo is like my older brother, Kuya ko yun. We're just friends."

"Weh? Friends tas grabe mahurt at magtampo? Daig pa ang jowa na na ghosting?" Sabay tawa ng malakas ni Jocelyn.

"Ga, atin atin lang to. Walang makakalabas dito promise. Ni minsan di ka nagkagusto kay Mo nung bata pa kayo? Kahit crush man lang? Base sa mga kwento mo at nila tita you guys were inseparable. Higit sa lahat pogi, maputi, mukhang mabait at gentleman yung bff mong yun."

Their right he really is charming, kind and a gentleman. I always tell myself before that he would be the perfect partner. But I never thought of having him as more than my Kuya, my best friend.

"Hindi talaga. For me kasi bestfriends are more important than boyfriends kasi ang boyfriends pwede kang iwam pero ang bestfriend their special."

"Eh bat iniwan ka ni Mo?" Prangkang sabi ni Jocelyn.

"Ga, baka naman si Mo ang nafall kaya bigla siyang di nagparamdam sayo. And because he knows na friends lang kayo kaya he choose to step away."

"Hindi noh, may promise kami before na no secrets lalo na sa ganyang bagay for sure sasabihin nya yun.

"Pero Ga, now na okay na kayo ni Mo and you guys are doing a project together paano naman si JM?" Biglang tanong ni Mimi.

"Nothing's gonna change he's still my boyfriend, we will work naman together after his movie."

Out of the blue, someone just sneaked from the back hugged me and kissed me on the cheek.

"Babe, I missed you. How's your shoot yesterday? Sorry I couldn't watch, Direk requested me not to so that you can focus with Mo."

I told him everything that happened for the shoot, how they loved our chemistry and when will be the shooting date. I also told him that he doesn't have to worry since I know Mo.

"Babe, can we have dinner with Mo tonight? Since he's your bestfriend pala, Tita told me yesterday nung kinoconvince nila ko na I don't have to worry or magselos sakanya."

"Yes babe, bestfriend ko sya. Sorry of di ko sya nakukwento nagkatampuhan kasi kami before tas lately lang ulit kami nagkausap and nagkita. But we're good na and yes you have no reason to be jealous. His like my Kuya."

So after that question I called him and invited him for dinner. I don't know why but my heart was so happy when he said yes. Maybe I am just excited because I get to be with Him again. I feel safe when I am with him no matter what happen. And I think in time I will know the true reason why this all happened.
