A few weeks before.

Here I am in my room when I received a call from my manager and friend Jocelyn, "Dani, I have a good news for you. Star Cinema decided to give you a movie project with Direk Cathy and the thing is if this project goes well you will also have your teleserye with her before she takes a break. But there's something I still need to discuss with you."

"So Ga, imeet mo na kami now na. Sa coffee shop. Dali!" nagmamadaling sabi ni Mimi.

Here I am at the coffee shop with my friends, they're offering me a project of a lifetime. An opportunity that should be taken advantage. But..

"So Dani, they want to pair you up with Mo Ricafuente. I know what happened between the two of you but please think about it. This will be a big break for you," Jocelyn said.

Sinundan naman ni Mimi ng, "Ga, sayang ang opportunity. Matagal mo ng pangarap yung malaking project na ganito. Direk Cathy and Star Cinema na itong nag offer sayo."

I know this is an opportunity of a lifetime. Since this offer is from the biggest movie productions in the Philippines. I need this big break for my career here.

"But why should I be paired with someone else. Established na kami ni JM as a loveteam. I don't want to leave him behind."

Jocelyn's face says it all she's not convinced with my reason. "Teh, JM understands this decision. And we think its best for you to grow individually. For sure di ka naman mahihirapan to work with Mo. You guys we're best friends, we even think you guys are more than that pa nga before so.."

I didn't allow her to finish, "Ex... Ex bestfriends. He didn't care about me even before I left. He just became distant. I don't know what happened. He didn't answer my emails, text, calls. So yes, I still can't understand how will I be able to face him. He is special to me pero parang ang dali lang sakanya na kalimutan ako."

I walked out and didn't answer their calls. I really can't face him yet. I don't know what to say or do.

A few days after I met JM, my bestfriend, loveteam, and boyfriend.

"Babe, Dani uy," he hugged me from behind.

"I heard you rejected the project," he said. That's when I thought he will ask me why.

"Babe, you should accept it. Don’t worry about me. I love you and I support you in your big project. Besides if your movie becomes successful you will also have a teleserye. For sure naman I'll be your partner na."

I just looked at him and smiled. I was so grateful I met him. He became my friend when I arrived in the US. Because of him I discovered that I want to be a famous actress.

And yes he help me forget about Mo. But he doesn't know that the reason I don't want to accept this project is because of Mo.

I don't want to let him in again and allow him to leave again without permission.

But after all I still want this project.

"Dani you can do this. Just do great and you will be with JM again."

So the day came, I am in the same room with Mo.

When I saw him I don't know what to feel there is anger, confusion, but I saw him smile and his dimples were like shining brightly.

Deep inside I just want to hug him and say, "Welcome back. Please don't leave me again."
