Fikayo's pov

       I was talking with Alpha dare on the phone about the rogue's attack that happens at a neighboring pack, the attack was covered as x-men( a Fulani's attack is happens in Nigeria, where the Fulanis killed people unjustly), it is the only thing we can do in the situation. The rogue's wipe off the whole pack including their alphas. All the neighboring are in panic and are looking to me to come up with a solution but I'm just a young man though I'm known for my ruthlessness in fight and I had the reputation of being the most dangerous Alpha in Africa which makes some people call me the Alpha king of Africa.

          I got my reputation five years ago, I was only 22yrs of age and just got out of uni. After taking over the family business and pack from my father, some stupid alpha thinks I'm a weakling just because he had the strongest and largest rogue pack but he got the surprise of his life when I wiped off him and whole pack in a matter of minutes with just twenty strongest and fastest members of my pack, since then everyone knows not to provoke members of 'Dark moon pack'.

       Aside from that, I'm known to get any business deal I had interest in by any means possible, so aside of been ruthless in wolf world, I'm also feared in human world especially in business world.

    
       Many believed I had a black stone heart, that's the moon goddess doesn't give me a mate and i'm starting to believe it. In my world you are suppose to meet your mate the moment you had your first shift at the age of sixteen but now I'm twenty seven and I haven't meet my mate.

       I travelled all over the world in pretense of going on business trip but I've actually be looking for my mate, but I turned twenty five, I gave up the hope of ever meeting my mate and started focusing more on my life.

      The embarrassing part is that I never had sex with anyone before because anytime I'm close to a lady, I had this feeling that I'm betraying my mate even though I have up on searching which leads to the female population thinking i'm gay but who cares, I only care about business and pack reputation.

        I concluded my phone call with Alpha dare, when I caught the whiff of a flower scent and heard the sound of my door opening.

      "I will call you back in the evening, make sure you message all the Alphas about the conference meeting we are holding tonight" I ordered

      "Okay I'll do that, I just hope with a solution very soon because I cannot risk the life of my mate and pack being in danger" he answered anxiously

     " Don't worry, no one but the rogue will get hurt after this" I assured him.

    " Okay Alpha Mayor, we are looking up to you. Have a nice day!"
   
     "And you too Alpha Dare"
  
     I cut the line and turned around to see the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on. My wolf, Gold, started jumping within me and pushing to take control but I pushed him back but then he started screaming the the one word I never thought I'll hear in this life time and my heart lit with hope

    "Mate! Mate! Mate!"
Oh shit! I just found my mate but she's human which means she will reject me even though.....

...... I can smell her arousal
