"Okay, spill the tea." Natalie demanded storming into Bella's room. I trailed behind her with a package of Oreos on one hand and a half-bitten Oreo in the other.
"What?" Bella asked looking up from her book. Natalie crossed her arms and shifted most of her weight to one side. Her eyes narrowed into slits and her face showed not one hint of amusement. I stood at the door just casually eating my Oreos while watching the two.
"The shit that happened in the woods, Bella. Laurent, your ties to him, the Cullens, and this Victoria chick that wants you died." Natalie listed holding up fingers as she did. "Spill before I go tell Uncle Charlie about the shit that happened in the woods."
"It's kind of a long story." Bella tells us with a sigh. Natalie grabs her desk chair from its place at the desk and sit down.
"Great. Cause I have all the time I need." Natalie says with her voice serious. "Now spill."
Bella sighs before spilling everything. How she met Edward and found out he was a vampire. How she met his family and one day when went to a family game of baseball with them. Only to have three rogue vampires came. James and his mate Victoria, and lastly Laurent. James was a hunter who wanted to kill Bella because he had some sort of joy for hunting humans. The Cullens set up this plan to protect Bella by taking her out of town. I remember hearing my mom on the phone with Uncle Charlie because Bella left the house after saying the same thing Renee had said to him before leaving completely. Then James manages to get Bella but her thinking Renee was in his grasp which turned out to be a trap.
Bella ends up in the hospital, James is dead, Victoria now wants Bella dead and Laurent is working with her. Now skip forward a bit. Bella's birthday comes and the Cullens throw her a party. Bella gets hurt and the Cullens leave. How Bella ended up in the woods? Well, that's where Edward dumped her. He is a piece of shit, if you ask me. Who dumps someone in the woods?
"What about the dogs in the woods? What are they?" Natalie asks.
"To be honest, I don't know." Bella answers. I yawned as I stood up stretching. The now empty package of Oreos in Bella's trash can.
"Now that story time is over. I need food." I announce and leave the room. I went downstairs thinking about the pack of horse dogs. What the hell was they?
****** Next day
I sat in Uncle Charlie's living room flipping through the TV channels trying to find something worth watching when I heard Bella rushing down the stairs. I turned taking my attention away from the tv.
