Chapter 7
"Small embraces"
I saw you walking in our secret place, the place we created together when ur father started getting violent again.
The place were we promised one another we would bring no one else but each other, the placed you promised you wouldn't come without me.
You broke that promise, and the look on your eyes told me you already knew when I approached you.
But the tears in your eyes spoke deeper pain than a broken promise. Tears that held longing to be held.
Taking you into an embrace, I made sure it felt meaningful, and even foolishly hoping it would over power the darkness that managed to find you.
Responding, you lowered my shoulders, until I felt your lips connecting with my ear. Whispering you said in a hoarse voice
"Just hold my hand Andrew... please"
I did what I was told, and in just few seconds we stared departing from our secret place
It was at this moment that I noticed it was the most intimate we had, that I acknowledged sometimes you had to be alone.
And at this moment I loved you more and more and all because of your small embraces.

Sadness-in-July:
Good, we are near the end, yep the end. But I'm thinking of making a sequel where Eleanor writes letters to Andrew, which he does not know of.
