Chapter 10
Apologies and unexcused nothingness
It seemed it was not only me to see how wonderfully complex you were. It was inevitable that they would too, this is how you became "popular".
This how you became too busy, became the center of attention, and all of a sudden you the Apple of every guys eyes...
And I wished I had you all to me. I wished we both got drunk so we could tell each other things we couldn't when we were sober...
Such shameful wishing, I...
"What are you writing Andrew"
And there you were, sitting next to me, and your lavender scented asema pump. A scent I was all to familiar, a scent I wanted to comfort me... I could have told you right there and then...
that I should have kissed you longer
that I've never seen any better art than the sparkle in your eyes while you smiled.
that... I loved you.
But instead I said nothing, closing the pages filled of emotion, ones that expressed how I admire you, how I want you, how I wished you knew.
I should have wished upon the stars we watched at midnight. I wished I savoured the moments our lips touched. Furthermore I wish I had told you all this instead of writing it in emotionless pages. Where the ink might fade away taking with it my true inner feelings.
How selfish of me to keep all this from you, But all it was, was stupid nothingness, pages filled of empty wishes and nothingness.
I'm sorry
-Andrew
