"He should be taking it in soon." Verloc commented as bile drained from its nostrils. "You can't do this...." Faraday said in anger and sadness as he came out of the glass cell. "I can, and I will. Tell Roger about the corpse. Do tell him how the stench made even a bobby vomit." Verloc growled at her as he set the new syringe viles on a tray for examination. "You are a sick fucker for this..." Faraday hissed at him and was rewarded with a hard slap. "I DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR THE CITY!!" He kicked her in the face and began to write notes.

Faraday rubbed her face and sucked up her tears. "You need to remember, it isn't YOU whos being forced to do this. The executive committee arent exactly kind about this." Verloc huffed as he wrote his notes. "Are you sure this will work...?" She asked in a soft tone. "We have to make it work no matter what." He sighed and set his pen down. "I'm really trying here, Helen. What would you do if this was your work?" Verloc asked in an upset tone. "I....dont know..." "You and me both." Verloc mumbled under his breath.

The couple had decided to head home from their walk. James was visably stressed out around the crouds of people. Roger held his hand as they walked home. James was trembling a bit at the sight of all the people. "James? You're shaking like a leaf!" Roger stopped and picked him up bridal style. James blinked and stared at him. "I'll get us home so we can relax in bed." Roger smiled as he walked. James nuzzled into his neck and closed his eyes.

Faraday was waiting for them with crossed arms. "Why didn't you tell me you were going to leave?!" She exclaimed in anger. "Because James and I are adults?" Roger said with a raised eyebrow as he set his boyfriend on his feet. "You both need to go to haworth with me. There's an emergency." She said as she held a sedative syringe in her sleeve. "Why do we need to join??" Roger asked in suspicion. "Ever since James came home, you've been acting weird. And that makes me a bit angry you know." Roger frowned at the woman. "Just trust me, please?" She begged the man. "No-" he was cut off by a syringe going into James neck. "WHAT THE FUCKING SHIT?!" Roger screamed at her. "I'm doing this for your own good..." A doctor suddenly sedated Roger as well. "Let's get them to Haworth." Faraday instructed.

"You should put it out of its misery rather then this..." Faraday commented as Verloc sent off the viles to be tested upon. "It is a murderer and has no emotions. It will be fine." He washed off his hands and dried them off on a towel. "This is the sickest shit that you've pulled!!" Faraday snapped. "I'll take that as a compliment." He said as he stretched his arms out. "I'm so tired..." He whined softly. "Then why dont you just quit and go back to joy?" Faraday questioned. "You really dont understand how the Executive Committee is, do you? They will in fact kill me if I dont follow instructions." He pushed his glasses up and rubbed his eyes. "So you wouldn't do this if you had the choice?" She asked in full curiosity. "Im following my orders, Helen." He walked to Morris and tapped him on his gloved hand. The bobby nodded and approached Faraday. "Follow me, miss."

"Holy fucking shit....How much fluid did you use?!" Verloc said in horror. "You gave me a full syringe and said to use it!! How was I supposed to know?!" Faraday said in defense and Verloc groaned in annoyance. "Someone take Roger into the sleeping chambers. He cannot wake up and see any of this." Verloc instructed. Constable Morris walked over and picked up the man. "Would you like to join us, Miss?" He asked to Faraday. She sighed but nodded in reponse.

Morris carried Roger and Faraday followed behind.  "Im sorry that he can seem harsh." Morris apologized as he laid Roger on a bed. "Harsh isn't the right word...what he's doing is inhumane..." She whimpered and sat on the bed where Roger lay. "I understand, miss. But there isn't bad intentions." Morris said as Faraday began to pull Rogers shoes off. "It sure feels like there is..." She grumbled and took off the sailors coat slowly. "The executive committee was planning on something much worse then this you know. But Verloc convinced him it was too violent." Morris said while Faraday tucked Roger in the bed. "What could be more violent then this??" She asked. "They wanted to kill Roger since he was such a high threat." Morris said with a frown. Faradays heart stopped for a moment and she froze. "Y-you can't be serious..." She teared up. "There's no need for tears, miss. Verloc talked them out of that plan." "Verloc did....?" She asked as she sniffled.

"He is a threat to us all..." A woman said with a frown. "But there has to be a better way to this ordeal!" Verloc said worridly. "He needs to be killed before he infects us all!!" A man cried out in fear. "No!!! No killing!! Youd cause such a panic if a well known man suddenly vanished. Plus the oblivion we would need to distribute would be insanely high." He stated calmly, even if his heart was racing. "....fine." "Thank you."

Verloc took new blood samples from James. He was over sedated, so they could have a bit more freedom. "I can't believe that bitch woman is still allowed in our labs." Verloc grumbled as he filled the syringe with a crimson blood. "It is best that she be here you know." Doctor Iris chimed in. "How so?" Verloc questioned. "She has information we need, its as simple as that." Iris answered. "I just hope she doesnt fuck this up for us...I'm on thin ice as it is." Verloc huffed and teared up. Iris hugged him and he sobbed into the doctors chest.
