• Monday - Self care 🌻
This day only focus on tour appearance, do a skin care routine that you can include in your morning & night routine , exfoliate, do a face mask , shave your legs , do a hair mask , get your nails done , whiten your teeth, take a bath.

• Tuesday - Digital Detox 🎭
Delete any app , note , messege, foto or email that you not longer use or want , change your wallpapers & give yourself the night off any screen time

• Wednesday - Clean 🌈
Clean your space , start with the junk drawer that you've been putting off , organize your closet , make up , desk , shoes.

• Thursday - Mental health 💓
Meditate , take a random class ( painting , a new language) , what's Tedtalks , go for a walk , call your friends & go for a coffee. Stop overthinking everything , because it only makes it worst.

• Friday - Donate 🥂
After all the cleaning , you surely have you can donate , at least give away 6 things from your closet you dont need anymore. Or if you have toys that you no longer use , you can also donate that.

• Saturday - Health ☀️
food , breakfast and delicious image
Make a healthy menu for next week , you can search for recipes on pinterest.

• Sunday - Energize 🎲
Get some fresh air & take a 20 minute walk , go to the gym or workout in your house , stretch in the morning , do yoga , star a new sport , make a workout routine for each day of the week & finally , reflect on the positives from your week.
