I ran to the door of my cousins house and shifted back. It felt good to let my wolf free, she always wants to let go and run but, because of school, there isn't much time. I knock on the door quite loudly. Felicity answers the door, her usual smile on her face. She looks like my mum a bit a guess, but felicity is 30.

She didn't even need to ask, she left the door open and entered the house. I followed after her, the strong aroma of coffee filling my senses.

I explained to her everything that had happened. She didn't really talk much, the occasional nod or "mhm".

She stared long and hard at me before speaking up.

"Did you stay and let him explain himself? Maybe it was a misunderstanding?"

She was right, I knew she was right.

"The pain got the better of me I guess.." I muttered.

The pain was still there, I could feel Cody getting closer but, he wouldn't storm in here. Would he?

"You can stay here for tonight if you want, but only tonight because I'm pretty sure your little alpha is out there looking for you." I chuckled at the last part.

Suddenly, felicity's door swung open and Cody rushed in. The look of panic on his face was petrifying.

He started walking towards me and moves his arms, I flinch backwards, scared of the actions about to happen but, he pulled me to his chest.

He was hugging me and he was crying?
