Forgive and Forget

Chapter 19

I avoid Harper for a few days. I've been hidding me and Tabby out in our room. I'm just not sure what to do anymore.

"So what are you going to do?" Tabby ask in the middle of our movie.

"About?"

"You and Harper?" I groan and roll over on my back.

"I should not be talking about this with you. Your 4 almost 5. This is to adult for you." I grunt.

"Who else are you going to talk to this about? My stuffed animal? Oh how bout my unicorn?!" she says handing me her unicorn.

"Smartass." I chuckle. She's right again. My friends are to busy anymore. We don't even hang out that much anymore.

My time is usually with Tabby and Harper. They are usually knee deep in homework, school or work. Thank god we about to graduate. Mom and dad will easily say Harper. I groan again.

"Okay little girl advise me." I say.

"You know I can't wait to find my mate."

"And why's that?" I ask curiously.

"Mommy once told me that your mate will love you like no other can. More than she could ever love me. A mates love is the best. You'd do anything and everything to make them happy. To see them happy. To see them smile. I want some one to love me like that. It's sounds amazing."

"I suppose it is."

"Don't you love Harper like that?" I sigh heavily.

"More than you know."

"Then be with her daddy."

"It's not that easy."

"Sure it is."

"Not really. She did something's to hurt me out of spite." I tell her. I won't tell her what though.

"So forgive her daddy you deserve to be happy. Forgive her before it's to late." I sigh heavily knowing my little girl is right. "Plus I miss her. Night daddy." she yawns cuddling into my side.

"Night baby." I say kissing her forehead. When I notice her sleeping I get out of bed and sneak downstairs. I go to the kitchen and grab me a pop.

"Can't you forgive her already?" Teagan says from behind me scaring the shit out of me. She's sitting at the table in the dark.

"Jesus Teagan. Creepier much?"

"Always. So?"

"So." I mimic. She sighs heavily.

"Your an idiot. Get over yourself and freaking forgive her already. She's changed even you can see that." I nod irritated. "I'm going back to bed." she announces.

"Why you up anyway?"

"Couldn't sleep." I nod again in understanding.

"Night sis."

"Night asshole." she grunts.

I stomp into her room and see her lying on her stomach. She turns around and sits up.

"You know I was fine! I was perfectly happy with us just being fuck buddies!" I yell at her. Not even mad just irritated. "I was happy with Macy! I was happy it being just me and Tabby! Fuck Harper! I was happy with everything! You come home and have me rethinking everything! Then Macy dies! Tabby falls in love with you! She even thinks of you as her mother! Which I have no clue how to feel about! Then she gives me a god damn speech on how I should forgive you! Fuck Harper! Do you know how much I hate you?!" I walk over to her bend over and grab her face. "I fucking hate you so much!" I growl crashing her lips to mine.
