~Ruby Rose's POV~
Once I finished taking a shower and got dressed I exited the door. When I looked at Weiss who looked like she's seen a ghost. "You ok? You look whiter than you already are."

"Um.."

I was so confused so I looked at the TV and saw the news. My heart and face dropped immediately once I knew what house they were showing.

Dad..

"We have to tell your sister and everyone." Weiss said getting up grabbing her myrtenaster.

I don't even know how I pronounced it without going myragdbahd.

I quickly grabbed crescent rose and quickly left the room. "Where's Blake's room again?" I asked as she followed behind me.

"Down the hall, take a right and her door should be at the end to the left."

"God damn, ok." I joked a bit even though right now isn't the time to joke around. I used my semblance to get to their room cause I'm not going to jog over there.

I barged into their room without knocking. "BLake- OKAY THEN." I regretted barging in without knocking since Blake was there naked in bed still asleep. I quickly looked away and turned my body to face the door.

~Yang Xiao Long's POV~
I jumped off the bed due to Ruby suddenly barging in. I quickly got up and covered Blake with the covers. 'Crap.' I thought.

"What's the commot- never mind." It was Weiss's turn to step in but stopped midway.

Blake groaned as she opened her eyes. "Why the fuck is it so damn loud in here. Fuck I'm trying to sleep." She said sitting up until she realized what was happening. "Oh."

Weiss cleared her throat as she looked away due to the sheets falling off. "You might want to get changed, this is urgent."

"What's so urgent in 4am in the morning?" I asked as Blake went to the closet, getting dressed quickly.

"Grimm attacked your home, it was on the news." Weiss said straightforward to the point making Blake and I stop.

"What!?" We said in unison.

"No time for that, we need to tell the others so they can help." Ruby said before exiting out the room. "I'll go tell everyone." She left quickly by using her semblance.

Everyone was armed and ready to leave. We quickly went into the ships. Wherever dad is we better find him. I cannot lose him. Neither can Ruby. Dammit all!

I clenched my jaw and hand. I felt different emotions rushing through my mind. I can't process it.

"Hey.." Blake said softly and quietly as she wrapped her arms with mine.

I took a deep breath in and out, "hey." I said quietly as I looked at her. She smiled a bit, kissing my cheek.

"Your father is a strong man, wherever he is I'm sure he's fighting."

"He better be." I said looking out the small window. I unclenched my hand as Blake laced her fingers with mine, lightly rubbing the back of my hand with her thumb.

~Ruby Rose's POV~
I don't know how long we've been in this ship but I've been growing impatient and anxious. "We should arrive shortly!" The pilot yelled so everyone could hear.

I groaned as I stepped a bit closer to the edge of the ship, seeing everything fly by fast.

"I wouldn't stand so closely to the edge like that." Weiss said placing her hand on my shoulder.

"I know, I'm just growing impatient. It feels like hours. If I jump right now and use my semblance I'll get there faster." I huffed.

"And if you find stronger Grimm out there?"

"I don't know!" I raised my voice, "I just.. I just want to get to my dad." I said quietly.

"We will."

Even from afar I noticed the familiar grave I used to visit. "Weiss, lets go. We're here." I said gripping into the side of the ship.

She nodded, "Everyone we're here! Get ready to jump off!" She yelled.

I was the first to jump and use my semblance, duck and rolling once I touched the ground. Soon everyone else followed as I ran to the house.

I slid to a stop once I saw a trail of blood on the floor and bloody hand prints on the tree. Yang, Blake, and Weiss stopped along side with me while everyone else were behind up.

"It's best if we split up into groups and search around the place. We'll meet in the house." I said turning to face everyone. "Don't hesitate to kill any Grimm in your path."

"On it." Jaune said, "Nora, Pyrrha, Ren, follow me." He said going south as the others followed him. Everyone else called out their own names forming their little group and going different directions.

I signaled Yang, Blake and Weiss to follow me as we followed the trail of blood. We kept our eyes and ears pealed. We heard branches snap from all directions. All four of us formed a circle ready to attack.

It was quiet and unsettling. My heart was jumping out of my chest.

Growling could be heard loudly.

'Fuck.' I thought.

I thought I swore I heard a crow from somewhere, but it's probably my imagination.
