Mark's POV
My heart nearly stopped when he said that. What could we possibly need to talk about? Why won't he look at me??
"Okay," I said. "What is it?"
"I need to go back," he said not looking into my eyes.
"Why?" I asked. My heart felt like it was breaking into a million pieces.
"I can't say," he said wringing his hands nervously. I felt anger building up in my chest at the unfairness of it all.
"Is it because of her?" I asked barely suppressing my anger. He doesn't look at me. I looked down anger flushing my cheeks.
"Leave," I said.
"Mark," he started.
"Leave!" I practically screamed at him. He seemed like he wanted to say something but he just left. The tears started to fall the moment he was gone.
"DAMMIT," I screamed in my fury. I punched the wall and then slowly sink to my knees sobbing and cradling my injured fist.
Aaron's POV
I stood outside Mark's door and wished he would've let me explain. I rested my forehead against the cool oak door. How could this have happened? I felt the tears slipping out form my eyes. I love Mark so much and I'm just so sorry this had to happen now. I'll try to Skype him when I touch down back home. I walked over and into the taxi and watched his house shrink then disappear.
