Mark's POV
------------------------
Five days after the call from Jess, I was laying on the couch cuddling a can of beer and staring at the phone. Maybe I should call him again. He might've changed his mind. I reach out for it but stop myself, Jess's words echoing in my mind. Is it truly possible that he never wanted to see or hear me again? I sigh heavily and take another drink from my can. Maybe it was best if I just ended this all. I haven't posted anything the entire time Aaron has been gone. If he's not coming back I don't think I have anything to live for. Even if he doesn't want to hear me speak I should at least say goodbye. I reach out and dial his number.

Aaron's POV
---------------------
I walked into my apartment and set down my keys. Jess had a lapse and had been in the hospital the past three days. The tears started falling from my eyes again. I had to keep them in around Jess or else she gets all pouty. Before Jess had called Mark I thought I had a fighting chance to patch things up with him. Now I knew I had no chance. My answering machine was blinking, telling me I had a missed call. I looked over at the number and my heart dropped. It was Mark's number.

(Sorry for the shortness of this one. I've decided that I'll do two endings to this story. It'll go from what Mark's call says to the end then I'll have another ending starting from where Mark's call leaves off and then the rest will be new. Hope you enjoy~)
