As soon as I got to the main office building I was greeted by a young woman dressed in all white. She had a bright smile but immediately I could tell it was an act she put on for the job.
"Hello, can I help you?" the woman said in a high pitched voice. I'm already annoyed with her. "Yes, I was told to come here to get my key for the dorm room." She nods her head too many times once I'm finished talking. "What's your building and room number?" she wakes up the computer in front of her. "It's Beach House room 407"
She typed for what seemed like hours before speaking in the voice I've come to hate. "Here's your key and if you take a left once you walk out of the building you should be able to follow the signs that point to your building." she gave me a horribly huge, fake, smile and handed me my key. " Um, thanks."
Once I got out of the office I turned left and saw a huge sign with at least four different house names on it, I quickly spotted Beach House and began my way towards the building.
As soon as I reached the building my bags were beginning to grow heavy. The sign in front of me read the floor numbers for the rooms. I searched for the 400's and found that it was on the sixth floor. I turned to find the elevator and just to my luck a paper was tapped to the door saying "Out Of Order". "Perfect" I say to myself and begin my way up the stairs.
Finally I reached the sixth floor before my arms actually got the chance to fall off. I make the short trip down the hall to room 407 and slide my key into the door unlocking it. Immediately the smell of roses mixed with cigarettes floods my senses. I cough, "Hello?". I peak my head around the door to find the room empty. "Weird" I mutter to myself. I throw my bags down and leave the room quickly in search of a bathroom.
As soon as I walk out I see the "Bathrooms" sign hanging in the hall, right underneath it hangs a smaller "Co-Ed" sign. Great. I quickly make my way to the bathrooms and find that a few of the showers are full. The last one holding two pairs of feet, yuck.
I finish my business in the bathroom feeling much refreshed to my relief. As I headed back to the door realization strikes me, I left my key in the room. "Fuck!" I whisper to myself. I take longer strides to reach the door and jiggle the handle. Much to my surprise it's open. I opened the door completely and my eyes immediately land on a boy. What?
