3 | how could you!

Jaehyun was only 3 years old when Donghyuck was born.

"Mom! He's such a cute baby!" Jaehyun said. He smiled looking at Donghyuck.

"He's your younger brother," Aphrodite said.

Jaehyun did grow up with him. Up until he was 4 years old by then Jaehyun was 7.

Around this time Jaehyun and Donghyuck's dad had left them. Jaehyun kept asking why their dad left to his mother.

Donghyuck was getting taken care of by one of the guards outside. He told him to go to the castle to get his mother.

Jaehyun ran all the way to the castle but something seemed off to him. He saw a car he's never seen before at the gate.

He shrugged it off and walked inside the castle. He went to his mothers room and opened it without knocking.

He looked inside and sees his mother with a man he's never seen before.

"Mom?" 7 year old Jaehyun said. Aphrodite looked up and saw Jaehyun.

"Jaehyun! What are you doing here! Weren't you supposed to be with Heechul!" She yelled. Jaehyun didn't answer he looked at the man she was with.

"Who are you?" Jaehyun asked him. He looked at the man get up and leave.

"Dionysus. Nice to meet you Jaehyun," He said as he left. Jaehyun looked at Aphrodite.

"Why?" Jaehyun simply said. She gave him bullshit explanations but Jaehyun being young didn't understand quite well and ignored it.

She continued having affairs in that year until her affair with Ares became public to everyone. She stopped.

Jaehyun finally understood. He was too embarrassed to call Aphrodite his mother.

"You cheated on dad so many times!" Jaehyun yelled at her.

"Jaehyun please," Aphrodite kept on explaining.

"No! You clearly didn't give a crap about dad! That's why he left you! That's why! You're so embarrassing! I hate you! How could you!" Jaehyun cried at her.

Jaehyun was done with her. He decided to move with the castle guards.

Aphrodite decided to give him house hidden behind the castle.

"Thank you," Jaehyun said coldly towards her.

"Jaehyun. One last thing. I don't want Donghyuck to see you at all," Aphrodite said. Jaehyun looked around and looked at her.

"I should be allowed to see my younger brother," Jaehyun was still only 7 when this all happened.

"Do as I say," Aphrodite said to him. Jaehyun scoffed.

"This is the only rule I'm following from you. After that I do whatever I want," Jaehyun said.

Jaehyun grew up all alone doing whatever he liked. He was still the first son of Aphrodite. He hated it most of the times. Having to be related to her.

"Jaehyun! You are such a handsome boy! It's a shame you no longer live your mother," Someone told him.

Jaehyun was 12.

"Thank you but I'd much rather live on my own," Jaehyun said.

Why did no one know about her affairs. She can control everyone. She managed to tell them to forget about it. Her affairs were gone. No one knew about them.

She even managed to make Donghyuck to completely forget about Jaehyun.

Now present day. Jaehyun is 16.

"Wow," Taeyong was speechless.

"I know kinda sad but it's whatever," Jaehyun said. Taeyong nodded his head.

"I don't have any sad story like you do. I just follow my dad's orders to be frank," Taeyong said looking down at his feet.

"You can follow Hades' orders all you like. It's your choice to do that. Along with it being my choice to not follow my mother's orders," Jaehyun said.

Taeyong looked at the time and noticed that it was getting a bit dark.

"I should be heading out," Taeyong said. Jaehyun nodded his head.

"One last thing," Jaehyun said. Taeyong turned around and looked at him.

"Yea?" Taeyong replied.

"How old are you? You know that I'm 16," Jaehyun said.

"I'm 18," Taeyong said. Jaehyun widened his eyes.

"A bit of a age difference huh?" Jaehyun smirked. Taeyong suddenly blushed.

"To he completely honest with you. You look way older than 16," Taeyong tells him.

"Just like you look totally younger than your actual age," Jaehyun said back. Taeyong just awkwardly giggled.

"I should get going now," Taeyong said. Jaehyun nodded his head.

"I'll see you tomorrow right?" Jaehyun asked. Taeyong chuckled.

"Sure. Why not," Taeyong said. Like that Taeyong left his house and was heading back to his side.

"Taeyong!" Hades yelled as soon as Taeyong opened the door to the castle.

"Y-yes?" Taeyong asked a bit scared. He was worried that he caught him in Aphrodite's side.

"Why are you coming home so late?" Hades asked. Taeyong remained frozen for a bit not knowing exactly what to say.

"I was at Taeil's place," Taeyong lied.

"Oh. You had me worried. Anyways carry on," Hades said. Taeyong nodded his head and walked to his room.

He closed the door behind him and sighed.

"Thank god I didn't get caught," Taeyong mumbled.

"What did you say!" Jisung said loudly. Taeyong jumped and looked the side to see Jisung standing there.

"What are you doing here?" Taeyong yelled at him.

"I was trying to scare you," Jisung said. Taeyong chuckled.

"Well you did scare me," Taeyong said. Jisung smiled and started to cheer.

"I actually scared you!" Jisung said happily.

"Now get out of my room and go bother Mark," Taeyong said. Jisung nodded his head and stood up straight like a soldier.

Jisung opened the door and left his room, leaving Taeyong alone.

"If he heard what I said. He would be sure to tell dad," Taeyong said to himself.
