Chapter 54: Fighting Festival Pt. 2

Hikari's P.O.V
After spending most of my time together with Drole and Gloxinia, I felt happy and at peace. However...I still wanted to go back to the sin's.
"Can I go back..?" I asked softly and felt nervous as they both stared at me with intense eyes.
"Hm what do you think Drole?" Gloxinia asked playfully while humming a tune that sounded familiar to me..
"I think we should let her go, but just know Hikari...our intent is to kill Elizabeth. We won't hurt you but we can't guarantee that for the others." I nodded in understanding then felt relieved once Gloxinia started carrying me back to the maze and left me in some part of the maze.
"Goodluck Hikari~" Gloxinia smirked playfully then flew off leaving me all by myself.
"Hikari is that you!?" I turned my attention to behind me and saw a silver haired man with a small blonde girl, a scrawny old man, and a purple haired knight...? What a weird combination..
"Sorry but...do I know you?" I tilted my head in confusion then soon the small girl whispered to the others. They looked sad suddenly then walked closer to me.
"I'm Ban! The fox sin of greed~" Ban chuckled playfully while holding the blonde girl close to him.
"My name's Elaine! I'm Ban's girlfriend and the saint of the fairy king's forest." I smiled at Elaine since the aura I got from her seemed familiar to me.
"I'm Jericho and you better not hurt us got it? Tch.." I couldn't help but laugh at the strong image Jericho tried to convey when I knew that deep down she has a kind loving heart.
"And I-I'm Escanor..! The lion sin of p-pride..!" Escanor seemed like he was the type of person who has many secrets yet easy to read. I wonder if he'll become a good friend in the future..?
"It's nice to meet you all! I'm a new friend to Elizabeth and Meliodas! They found me in the forest and apparently I lost my memories...but I still have fun without them!" I smiled more then suddenly turned my attention to a wall that we were standing next to.
"What's wrong?" Ban asked curiously as he put his hand on my shoulder. I could feel Helbram's aura from the other side.
"Helbram..." I muttered softly and continued walking closer to the wall. Perhaps the walls have a type of power that prevents even spirits from getting through...?
"Thank goodness..." I heard his voice from the other side and smiled happily. I knew he wouldn't just abandon me like that.
"Helbram is here!?" Elaine shouted with a shocked expression. Jericho stood beside her in a protective stance, most likely she's her guard?
"Um Hikari..? You sure he's there?" Escanor asked with a doubtful expression and even Ban was agreeing with him.
"He's right! I don't sense a damn thing~" Ever since I met Helbram...I felt a strong connection. I can feel him as if he was beside me..
"I'm sure he's there...I can sense him! And it feels...strong. Very strong!!" I shouted with a confident smile and put my hand on the wall.

Helbram's P.O.V
I knew that Hikari is on the other side...our love is strong. Even without her memories...she feels it too.
"I'll be waiting for you...right here. Helbram!" I could hear her voice like she was beside me. I wouldn't ever abandon her...I promised to protect her.
"I'm here Hikari...I'll be there as soon as I can." I stated firmly and smiled at the thought of Hikari having so much faith in me.
"I don't sense Hikari at all! Or anyone for that matter Helbram." Harlequin stated calmly while I touched the wall to feel Hikari's warmth from the other side.
"I can tell~ If it has to do with Hikari...I just know!" I spoke with such determination and saw Harlequin roll his eyes playfully.
"Oh it's you King! Have you seen the others!?" I looked behind me to see Elizabeth along with Meliodas and that talking pig. Wait for me...Hikari.
